It all started with a..... 'D' reg Austin Montego (won'tgo) 1.6L and the 'L' stood for "loadashite!" Then I happened uopn a..... 'B' reg VW Scirrocco GT black, perfect and last me for 7 years with a single break down 12 trips to and from Italy. God bless it!! Next up was a..... '93' Italian plated Opel Calibra turbo 4x4. First real taste of boost and an addiction was born!! Finally..... 'P' reg twin turbo'd black monster with bags of boost and more fun than you can shake a stick at!!!:dance:

I don't know if any of you people are interseted, but I found this site a while ago and have been getting some nice videos from it(not too many Zeds unfortunately). It's free registration, but can take time to download some of the bigger files. That sounds purely belta man!!;) I haven't found anyone in the Newcastle area either, but Gavo (one of the other black W/Bay Z'ers) recommend a guy from palmersville(behind Hensons Car Sales) to do my timming belt, it was £250 all in and I'm happy with it. So how many of us are from this majestic part of the counrty??

I love mtbing!!! The trek were great bikes a few years ago, but now for the money (I asume you've got £350-£400) there is so much more choice and most alu frames at that price are probably made in the same place anyway. I'd buy a copy of M.B.U.K and trawl through the ads. Look for a half decent frame, fork and wheel combo and upgrade the rest of the parts as and when they fail. One word of warning though, STAY AWAY from cheap mechanical disc brakes!!! Good luck with yer new purchase...:)

Let me reiterate gents.... Will 255/35/18's go on 10 rears which currently have 265/35/18's on and how big a difference will there be?? Answers of the YES/NO and NONE/SMALL/SOME/A LOT would be preferable...;) Thanks for the hard or soft info!! I think i know were i stand on that already....:D :D :D

Except giving these people a safe and regulated meeeting place for events, races, etc...Why are the local authorities and police forces so narrow minded when it comes to car culture of any kind unless it's old (and often very dull) men in steam driven chariots!! I 'm not promoting tearing down a residential street at 60mph or wheel spinning round the asda car park at 7.30 on a saturday night, but people WILL meet and race regardless of blocks or petty fines, so why not make it safe and organised??? Don't mean to rant but this kind of ignorant durge just gets my goat!!!:mad:

I know it should be in the other forum but this is urgent. I can get hold of two, cheap 255/65/18 goodyears for the back of my zed. The trouble is that it's currently got 265/35/18 'near slicks' on it... The wheels are 8's front and 10's rear, so the question is will the goodyears be ok???? Cheers for any help!! Hahaha for any humour!!:D

Well, I was getting into my zed on Saturday and some spotty little glue sniffer stumbled over and told that my wheels are "proper lethal":confused: Does anyone know if that an insult or compliment?
