It's winter time and you've all forgot about the latest seasonal light clusters like the ones on my car at the momment! They've had a total custom re-style by "road-side barrier performance ltd" and let me tell you they look pretty damned exclusive to me!!! :p

Well, the winter weather finally tried to Kill my Zed lastnight! My sis was driving me and my girlfriend home from the pub (we were pished, she wasn't) when we hit black-ice at about 70mph, fishtailed left and right a bit then slammed into a metal barrier. The rear quarter is now shaped like mashed potato and the bumper, light cluster and mounting bar are beyond repair. We were all well belted in and no-one was even bruised , thank god!!!! But I now need to find a rear bumper (uk spec if possible), the aluminium mounting bar and a passenger side rear light cluster (or both rear lights if you don't wanna separate). If anyone has any of these parts, please, PLEASE give first dibs on them cos i really need to get the Zed back on the road a.s.a.p! My e-mail is gdbyford@hotmail.com or post here. Cheers Guys! Quick Friday afternoon question if you don't mind... Where did you get the stereo slot thing for the extra dials/guages from and do you know if it's available with two slots?? I had to make one for my boost guage using a blank facia, some brushed aluminium sheet, a knife, soldering iron, scissors and (believe it or not) some double sided sticky tape!!! lol I can't put myself through that Blue Peter hell again!! :) Cheers, Glenn............

Is it a GT-s or a GT-iR...??? He seems to think it's 4 wheel drive, yet to my knowledge only the GT-iR's are 4x4.....If it is and he's only getting £1700ish he's even more of a dork than he makes himself out. Mind you I wouldn't be suprised if it was a 1.6L primera under all that TAT.....MUG!! :slap:

WTF........................ :shock: I got into work this morning and while trying to wake up with my second coffee clicked 'Favorites', moved to 300.zx.co.uk and............well...........was smacked in the face something BLUE!!!! R32GTR, I see a hell of a lot of performance/tuned jap cars up in Newcasle and apart from the weekly Nova/Punto/Shed meeting there seems to be nothing else going on up here, so I'd be well interested in your idea! I learn't to drive in my old mans Rover 2600 sdi which was rear wheel drive and twichy as it was it just didn't behave like the zed did yesterday:confused: I guess it must've been the LSD....Those flashbacks can be fvckers!!;) :rofl:

Just drove to work this morning in about 4 inches of snow. The local council in their infinate wisdom have been gritting the roads for about 3 weeks, but all the rain on Saturday must have washed it away leaving me with a drive on a main dual carrageway on said white stuff. The thing is as i was going in a straight line in 5th at 30kms the HICAS must've been activating cos the arse end of the car was waggleing back and forth yet the wheels weren't spinning (slightly scary:eek: ). Has anyone else experienced this? I just thought it might be getting a tad confused with the variable surface and lack of traction. Cheers!!

I've been charged with organising a trip over to tignes in early march!!:D Was even contemplateing driving over in the zed with my girlfriend....who knows James, If you spot a Black P reg Zed over there don't be shy!! Friday you're gonna love boarding if you've been a skater, it's faster, less painful, smoother and you can get massive air real easy!! Enjoy!!!:dance:

Personaly I don't drive with the front fogs in normal conditions, but I don't get blinded by other people who do...:confused: I just love it when they lurch up behind you .... and you can see they've got their fogs on .... and you know they're gonna have ago .... and you slip the zed carefully into 2nd or 3rd .... and you let them accelerate hard .... and you allow them to get side by side .... maybe even edge in front .... and then .... well, then you poke your right foot down, light up the back end and give them some low visibilty and a reason to use their front fogs .... and perhaps a reason to worry the next time they try to "take" a ZED!!!:D
