Not only did the sun shine all day, but it was good to catch up with a few old faces and meet one or two new ones (for me that is)....!! Well, time certainly flies - it's been a year since Gary Wilson was voted head moderator by the committee; so with it being JAE 2012 this weekend, the committee has voted for its moderator of the year. And it gives me great pleasure to announce that the committee has given its unanimous support to none other than StellaZ. So as of now, StellaZ is the new head moderator - please join me in thanking Gary Wilson for doing such a great job this last year - and let's all welcome StellaZ as the club's new head moderator. Dean mate - I have lost count of the number of times I said these words myself!!! Hell I even thought the same about Tony Blair - as much as I hated the man, he was running the country and no matter how badly he did it, he still had the burden of having to do it (and be judged for it as well). Rooney et al, enough said.....! Richard:huh:

Off topic - but I agree totally mate! In fact I think anything that uses the public roads (obviously not pedestrians - LOL) should have 3rd party insurance; cyclists, horse riders etc. And not just for when cyclists jump red lights, get hit by a car causing damage to the car, but more for when the cyclists hit pedestrians....

I've been at my current job for just over 8 years now..... ......I was at my previous job (tax and office manager at an accountancy practice) for 7 years - which is where I became associated with my current company. It was my biggest (and nicest) client; so when the managing director offered me a job as finance director, I jumped at the chance (well, the second time - LOL). And I'm still there.... I brought my then assistant with me and she's still there working with me today; like any job it has its off days (some more than others) but all in all, I still like it. Richard:biggrin:
