  1. It does look tidy - and yes mate; it definitely has the TT bumper. And cruise too - not all n/a cars had cruise but plenty did.... Richard:cool3:
  2. And of course you wouldn't use this for front-facing speed cameras would you......:whistling: Great idea though!! Richard:cool3:
  3. Welcome to the club Alex - and that does indeed look a nice 300zx.... .....I'm originally from Leyton BTW so I know Stratford quite well; my folks still live there!! Richard:cool3:
  4. Welcome back mate......... ...and yes; I'm sure that JaiKai could re-set your password and e-mail you a temporary one so you ca get in. Then change your password and e-mail addy and we can merge the two accounts togerther. I believe!! Drop JaiKai an e-mail mate and he'll let you know.... Richard:cool3:
  5. Yup - I'm thinking that too...... Richard:scared:
  6. Good result mate!! I reckon the first garage really did not want to do the job so they quoted you an inflated price.... Richard:cool3:
  7. I've just caught up with this Anthony and I'm sorry to hear about it mate. I wish you all the best and, as you're a strong person, I'm sure you'll come with the situation just fine - we're all right behind you Anthony so good luck my friend!! Richard
  8. LOL - enjoy your hols Jeff!!! Richard:cool3:
  9. Superb mate - you sure have the talent for doing that Darren!!! Richard:cool3:
  10. Maybe mate - but remember the Top Gear India special...? Jezza and Hammond undid the a/c hoses on James May's Rolls to let out the gas so it no longer worked; that was on national TV and they did not get done for it!!
  11. Thing is, if you have a leak in the system the gas will disperse into the atmosphere anyway..... .....so what's the problem? Push the car outdoors and let it all out; such a tiny quantity of a/c gas is not going to cause any major upset in the grand scheme of things.....:whistling:
  12. LOL - very true mate!! Freaky if you ask me..... ....unless he's a guitarist!!! Richard:whistling:
  13. Rata2ie is dead right - Halfords will mix the colour for you mate; they got my TK3 blue spot on..... .....and IIRC Voddy had them get the AH3 bang on for the ZX he had before the blue one he owned before his current black one; which he bought after the other one(s)...... Richard:cool3:
  14. Hi Jessica - and welcome to the club by the way - I would say the next step is to get your car plugged into a Consult for a full electronic diagnosis.... ....you may be lucky and find another member who has the software living close to you (who'd happily oblige). Otherwise you might have to bite the bullet and take your car to a specialist. Good luck, Richard:sorcerer:
  15. Well done to all I say!! And thanks for everyone's support at JAE; and for making it the great show it turned out to be. Oh and finally a big thanks to Vodkashots for organising it - and for Groover for all his help as well.... Top work guys!! Richard:sorcerer:
  16. Hello and welcome to the forum!! Richard:cool3:
  17. Great to meet you Nicci - and I'm pleased you enjoyed JAE too..... Richard:cool3:
  18. Great to see this car alive and well once more - and off to a good home as well..... ....nice one Nick!! Richard:cool3:
  19. Yes - but do not forget to add 20% VAT to Luke's prices..... .....IMO MeisterR does great coilovers (see his post above or check his section in the traders areas) at a very good price; and often discounted to club members!! Richard:cool3:
  20. LOL - nice and warm down here in Bucks this morning Daz.... .....why not go and wake a few others up, the lazy b@stards!! It's the best part of the day.....!!! Enjoy the rest of JAE matey. Richard:thumbup1:
  21. Good to see you again too Baz!! Richard:thumbup1:
  22. That was a very contentious matter this year mate - and one that I do not wish to comment on myself, on an open forum. All I will say, after saying goodbye to Jason this afternoon, is that he vowed The Beast would return bigger, better, tougher and more shiney next year.....:shifty:
  23. As thread title.... ....I was at JAE today and, on behalf of the committee, I'd like to say a VERY big thank you to Vodkashots for all his hard work in making the event such a success!! Well done Ian; I reckon you've done the club proud!!! We had a great pitch, it was well laid out, the food was very nice - what more can I say.....? Hell, even the sun shone all day:biggrin: We also held our club's AGM this afternoon. With 5 of the committee members present, we invited the available members to put their comments and suggestions regarding the club forward. Groover has also very kindly offered to post up the minutes in the subscribed members' section in the next few days. Thanks Graham, it's much apprectated mate. I'd also like to thank the members for attending; and for your continued support of the 300zx.co.uk club!! I look forward to seeing you all again in the future! Richard:thumbup1:
  24. Drop me a PM Mark - although I'm away for a week now mate; so I'll get back to you upon my return!! Richard:euro:
