However having the benefit of being able to read the deleted posts, I do recall the odd mention of the word "immigrants" which might also bring race into consideration. As tenuous as my use of the word "racist" might be, and whether I had chosen "xenophobic" or whatever, my point was that Steams was still upholding the club's AUP - which was the intended purpose of my comment:wink:

As title..... On behalf of the 300zx.co.uk club, its committee and members; may I please give a very, VERY, big thank you to AndrewG, FunkySi and Joely P for committing their cars and themselves to the club stand in the 2015 Classic Car Show at the NEC over this last weekend. It's a big ask to expect anyone to leave their cars at the show from Thursday morning to Sunday evening - and an even bigger ask that they remain there, in person for the duration, to represent the club and promote these fine cars....... .....And let's not forget Craig and Groover who also gave up their whole weekends to man the stand, representing the committee, as well. Thank you gentlemen; you all did the club very proud and made it another success for us...:bow: Here's to next year; and the hope that we can put on an even bigger and better show on the world stage in 2016.....:clover: Richard:cool:

I went along to see the show yesterday - it's definitely worth the visit - and we're heading back to Brum this afternoon when Julia has finished work. I'll be on the club stand Sunday; so it will be good to meet a few more members who might be popping along.....:thumbup:

You said it mate..... .....I have used the station car park for the last 10 years when visiting the NEC. It is indeed about £6; and it's about 10 minutes walk - under cover as opposed to out in the rain - into the show....:wink:
