Finally fitted them...............
Reflectors don't have to be part of the light cluster, you could always replace the red plastic with clear and then add separate reflectors elsewhere, say the boot lid, or lower boot? just a thought........ Looks good though :) :)

Just thought you'd like an update on what else is going on at D1 and Time Attack; http://www.gtbattle.com IS BACK!!!! :hyper: :hyper: in the form of Time Attack ‘Club Challenge’ Time Attack ‘Club Challenge’ will run alongside the Tuner Class Time Attack If your not sure what TimeAttack means – think of each of the cars pictured going out in turn to do a flying F1 qualifying lap The Club Challenge is intended to be an opportunity for the various internet performance cars clubs to “step away from the keyboard” and settle some old scores at the place that our cars should be pushed – the Racetrack ! The rules are fairly simple : - Roll cages are allowed – not mandatory - Minimum 4 point Saftey harness and Helmet - Road legal dot marked tyres - Any suspension mods allowed - Any braking mods allowed - Any engine mods allowed – However : NA must stay NA Modified turbos are allowed - must use factory standard size turbine housing Any Fuel allowed No NitrousOxide 110db Noise Limit We will also be accepting a few special ‘wild card entries’ from cars that are track focused but fall outside of either the Time Attack or Club Challenge regs So if you would like to push your car on track, score points for your club and are confidant that you can make the dates. Register your interest by sending a mail with your spec to : info@timeattack.co.uk The dates and venues are the same as for D1GB/Time Attack: Round 1 - May 28th (Sun) Rockingham Round 2 - June 17th (Sat) Silverstone Round 3 - July 2nd (Sun) Rockingham Round 4 - August 20th (Sun) Silverstone Round 5 - September 17th (Sun) Rockingham Final - October 1st (Sun) Silverstone Don't forget to book your Free clubstands for the 1st round on 28th may now! More news coming soon

Normal entry price is £20 on the day or £15 in advance but the Club price is £13 per person! :nana2: In addition, all tickets booked through Car Clubs get a reserved seat in the grandstand :) at no extra charge :hyper: There will also be a large trade area, and quite a few other things going on, so it promises to be a good day :)

JAE Billing V Peterborough??????
Wow! Lots to consider. Thank you for all the feedback - good and bad. frstly to settle a couple of points............. We had a beer tent and band last year (for the first time) and it was very badly supported. If people don't turn up we can only summize that there is no demand. However, it seems like there is demand for this so for 2006 a bee tent, band and disco is definately back on the cards. In fact we have already been in contact with a band and a DJ for next year. JAE has not "always been at Billing". I'm sure the people in Northampton would have you believe that but it moved to Billing several years ago when it outgrew its pervious venue. The size of the show this year was in direct response to complaints last year! We just can't win. :( People complained that there was insufficient room to park the cars and walk rouind them. Now we give you the space you complain it is too spread out. On that very matter some clubs significantly overbooked their stands which further compunds the problem. The layout overall is good as far as the roads and plots go but we can do much better for the Trade Areas and for 2006 we have a complete new layout. Claire and I have already started working on 2006. If people feel Billing has more to offer for children you're correct. however, we did have a funfair planned but had to pull the plug after we ran out of space. I go back to my comment on overbooking of club stands and servicing the demands for more space per car. That said I believe the funfai at Billing is about to close anyway. Fireworks are to be discussed for next year. personally I'd rather not have bits of wood and paper falling from a great height and landing on my car, but I guess some people are okay with that. Also, the fireworks have only been a part of JAE for three years so it's not like they're a traditional part of the show. The FlameOut seemed very popular. Who needs fireworks in the sky when we can make them on the ground? Finally, we've reintroduced the Show n Shine and the Tug of War so JAE is as tarditional as ever, only now we have all the facilities to be able to offer a proper show in an arena befitting the people and the cars. Then you need to contact Chris at the 200+ Club and he will get one of your guys a special entry next year.

TOTB - 31st July 2005
The event is an individual and team competition. It is NOT a RWYB. If you already have a team you should have chosen the competitors by now. if you haven't got a team then some of your guyys may be in part of the 200+ or other non-specific teams, but I'd guess you'd know if anyone from here was competing. There may be some places left as there are several reserved for demo cars / special cars. But if you aint heard by now you obviously aint competing.

TOTB - 31st July 2005
Have you guys reserved preferencial parking spaces? All car clubs can book some space to keep yourselves together at one end of the pit lane
