Its right at the back of the engine. I dont know if it is possible to get it off with the engine still in.

Nope. Just some people doing like it. When it starts needing replacment parts it starts to get expensive. :( Plus many people who have removed it say the car handles better with out it.

Nope because you acutally lose pressure inside the intercooler. The larger the intercooler, in general, the most pressure you lose. Its OK to lose 2-3 psi when you are boosting 28-30psi, because you need a lot of cooling because there is more air to cool, and it will be hotter coming out of the turbo . But when you are boosting 16psi, the psi loss in the intercooler will cause more of a performance drop than the extra cooling will gain you.

Large front mounted intercooler will make the performance worse with most mods. Unless you are going to over 600+bhp straight away there is no need for it. To get over 600bhp well you have to spend an awful lot of money.

One side is a lot dearer than the other for some reason. even though they are exactly the same bar the wire is slightly longer on one. I actually think its the side with the shorter wire which is more expensive.

How old is the monitor? Its not a cheap one but there are really expensive top of the range 17" monitors going for £400+ still. Flat panel is the way to go. Its LCD and doesnt flash like TVs and monitors so its a lot better on the eyes. They are also only 1 resoultion so the quality when it is at that res is much better than traditional monitors. I also found the colours to be much more vibrent. Another thing, flat panels dont have a thick layer of glass on the front so less glare and you will be amazed at the amount of room it frees up.

its worth every penny. The Titanium key is very much part of the 300ZX (Z32) character and history. Its only beceause you dont have one ;)

Yes it can. Any thing which makes your car more powerful with using no more fuel will increase

If you have good earth connections on your engine it wont make any difference. But if the earth connection is erroded and doent have good contact, you can lose power, the MPG can suffer, idle can get rough to name a few things. All because the circut around the engin bay is bad. A bad earth will cause the skarks to be weak, sensors not run as accurately and such. This kit will make the earth connections work correctly plus there will be multipul earthing points so there is less chance of the earths erroding again. As one earth starts to get worse the others will take over.
