Cam Belt
Ask duffer. His cambelt snapped on him when he was at some traffic lights if I remember. It was just after he got his car back on the road. I am sure there was no damage with his engine

Can you buy the reflective mirror that are in your head lights?
I had a problem with the adjusters too. Well just 1 of them. The screw on the adjuster has grooves on it to grip the nylon cog, but one has stripped so the screw was turning but it wasnt turning the cog. After unscrewing the lamp adjuster all the way out, I took the little unit off and put it on where the other was causing trouble. I have tried to put lock tight on the one which was slipping, see if that helps out.

Yeah looking into that. Took the lights totally apart. The lens infront of the dip light was dirty. When looking through it all you could see is a fuzz. After cleaning it with polish it miles better and would probably make a big difference. However the mirror for the dip is cooked and hardly reflective anymore. Years of heat as cooked it so there is a huge heat mark over it, like when you put heat to polished metal, and the mirror is flaking off in places too. That wont help the lights at all. I have emailed a few places see if they can do it, including a chromers in Manchester, which will be handy as it will save on postage. Stuart

No mate you dont need the Clutch swith for launch. Launch control is more than just a rev limiter to spool up the turbos. It also constently adjusts the slip percentage as you accelerate. Yes there is a rev limit so you can plant the accelerator to the floor and it will bounce off 5000rpm or whatever you set it at, but once the car reaches a certain speed (12mph standard I think) the revlimit is removed. On the adjustable traction you can pick what % slippage you want. Wet is 0% so as soon as there is a slight difference in front and rear wheel speeds, it cuts in, Dry is 5%, then you have 10% 15% and 20%. For launches I find 10% is better as anything below the TC cuts in when its not really needed. A little wheel spin is benificial when pulling off. You always want your rear wheels spinning a little faster than what you are going, F1 cars have traction control way in advanced to what we have, and every single F1 car leave skid marks when pulling off, because controlled wheelspin is better. The launch automatically changes the amount of slip as you pull off. So when you start to pull off it will be at one level of slip and then change as you accelerate, to get the best possible grip.- Racelogic TC connection to clutch?
It isnt for that mate. Its so you can keep the accelerator planted when changing gear. When the TC detects the clutch moving in, with the switch, it activates a rev limiter and drops the revs to say 5000rpm, or what ever you set it as. I presume he wants to activate that- Racelogic TC connection to clutch?
You probably done. If you look at the wiring loom on the one people got, not all the pins are used. The feature is enabled just dont have the wireing for it., - Installing AVC-R advice
