That sounds low MPG but dont think you should expect too much. Try to work out your MPG by filling it, driving till close to empty and the filling it up and work out your MPG by using your milage and the amount needed to fill it up. I must say that the 10 mile drive the car will hardly be warm and will be over fueling to warm it up. Plus the slowing down and speeding up constently wont help. This what peevs me off when insurance people up the premium for SS exhausts. Looking through my car's history, it has had 3 Nissan exhausts each lasting about 3 year before the whole system is replaced. It then had the Mongoose installed for what was just a little more than than Nissan's one and because it is Stainless Steel, shouldnt rust. 3 years it has been on and there is not 1 bit of rust on it, but insurance companies will charge me an extra £80 for having it. :mad: Stuart

This is quite funny. My dad works for a company which is run by an American. He looks after people with aquired brain injuried due to illness or accidents, and often they have trouble keeping their mouth shut and say whats in their heads. How many times can you tell a person stop doing what they are doing. Shouldnt have to swap it. Find out what the resistence is. In the online manual there is info on what the resistence should read with throttle off. Try that. Stuart
