  1. Its been happening round here for a while. Also many houses have a side door to the kitchen where most people leave the keys. There have been occurances of people just opening the door and helping themselves. I never hang my keys up. They are usually on me or somewhere in my room or else where in the house but never hanging with the other keys. Good thing about if some one does try it they will just grab a set of keys from the key rack. Bad thing is I am always losing my keys. ;) Stuart
  2. Its an RPS clutch. It aint stock
  3. Can you have it on when you do your emissons tests for your MOT. It should half the amount of gas in the air ;) Stuart
  4. No I dont think it technological enough to have cams. Stuart
  5. Listen WaveD and CAM1, I know its a problem and I do the best I can ;) I have an excuse now. "Sorry officer I am sure that speed sign said 100!" Stuart
  6. Hold on I have to shut all the dogs howling in the street to hear what you are trying to say. Stuart
  7. I have a friend, who to save embarassment I will call him,D Williams. Not thats too obvious, so I will call him Dave W. My friend "Dave W" brakes make a really bad squeeling noise when driving and I am sure they are so bad they still squeel when he is stopped. Its the noise of metal on metal really high that dogs howl for miles and I am sure I have seen sparks out fly at times. My question is this. How can I make him put his new pads and discs on which he has had for some time? I had to drive infront of him last week and it was really embarassing people kept looking at me thinking it was me. So can you give my friend some insentive to fix his brakes. Hehehehehe ;) :D ;) :D ;) :D Stuart
  8. Why did you have to take your shoes off? As if any one will go to a bouncy castle with football boots, running spikes or stiletoes Stuart
  9. double post. Forum was playing up.
  10. You aint the only one. I get the pizz tuken out of me for me spelling misstakes ;) No seriously I am dyslexic too, but people on here dont believe me because I can spell dyslexic. It is a pain, but I managed to get £1000 worth of PC equipment for free as well as £500 worth of software. One thing to be happy about, dyslexics tend to be very good a puzzle solving and maths. Stuart
  11. Yeah but have no power going through that car of yours. Dont forget with the wider tyres you probably have twice as much rubber on them so they should do twice as much mileage. ;)
  12. Surely they cant wear any worse than the S02s. They only lasted 8,000 miles on mine. Stuart
  13. Maybe the number plate? Stuart
  14. I just got an email from them saying they dont have any and they are stuggling to find any from their supliers and they dont know when they will have any. I am willing to wait a few weeks for that price. :D Stuart
  15. Hold on I will try to answer your question. I just have to load Altavisa Babelfish to translate it ;) Stuart

No the auto box will hold but will need to be upgraded if you want to get to some serious power. Stuart
  17. I know they are good. I have heard that they are up there with the Bridgstone SO series, and that was why I was so confused. Bargin. May get some for next time too. Stuart

  19. I think Mytyres give you voutchers for free fitting on selected garages. Last time I looked they did anyway Stuart
  20. Hmmm, the first night married. I wonder what they will be up to. :D Probably arguing ;) Stuart
  21. Yeah cos that usually happens to me. If I have the revs that high and then let the clutch go, the car bogs down and I lose all the power. However the launch button does more than just create a rev limiter. It controlls the revs and it constently changes the slip value so its not at 0% or 5% all the time. I think it allows more slip at lower speeds and then decreases the allowed slip. Listen to rally cars when they pull off. The Traction Control rev limiter cuts in and when they start pulling off, the revs dont change they remain at the same level untill they reach a certain speed. Keep in the revs high keeps your turbos turning, so instead of cutting the revs down to where I will gain traction it comprimises and cuts in to gain some grip but still maintain the high revs to keep the turbos going. Have I just talked a load of rubbish ? Stuart
  22. They are not always the cheapest around, that is why I always have a good look round. But I doubt I will find Proxes for cheaper than £58 each, considering the budget ones are £70. I got my Falken for £78 each last year and they are £91 now. The year before I paid £150 each for S02 and they are £123 now. Its hard to fathem the reasons. Stuart
  23. I am thinking my pedal needs adjusting as the clutch is only a few thousand miles old and is an RPS clutch. Saying that it may be right. High revs drop the clutch it bites causing wheel spin at 5000rpm, the TC cuts in, grips high rpm causes wheel spin TC cuts in. So, I think therevs staying about the same level is right, in till it gets full traction. Other wise the revs would drop not good for acceleration or the wheels would spin even worse for acceleration. Stuart
  24. That is what I was looking at. I remember them being £100+ last year when I needed them. I need tyres again and when I searched Mytyres.net I couldnt believe the price. I just hope its not a mistake as they are £10 cheaper than the budget ones. I have ordered :D just hope its for real. £117 for 3 Toyo Proxes. :D Last year I spent £170 on 2 Falken and the year before £300 on 2 Bridgstone S02s. And these Proxes are meant to be up there with the Bridgestones. Stuart
  25. I am looking for new rear tyres very soon  and I have come across these Toyos. Are they any good? I havent heard anything bad about them, but the price is very very cheap for them I think. Even cheaper than the budget ones. Stuart
