  1. Or how about an ECU check.
  2. Its the exlimation mark on the right under the Avatar.
  3. Well not every one. I personally think the wide arch kit is horrid. Stuart
  4. If one of the sensors isnt working the ABS light comes on after about 50 yards of driving. When I replaced one of mine I did a few test. I had it unpulgged from the wireing and as soon as I started to roll forward the ABS light came on. I also pulled the sensor out a little so it was too far to get a signal from the wheel. After about 30-50 yards the light came on. When the light came on, I think when you stop the light starts flashing to signal which wheel the error came from. Also if there is a big difference between the wheel speeds the light comes one. For example, when stuck in snow a few years ago, the rear wheels where just spinning round and the fronts where not. Signals are coming from the rear of doing 20-30mph while virtually nothing from the fronts. After a while the ABS suspects that there is an error because of the different speeds from different wheels. I think it disables the ABS too when that happens. People may have noticed after ther RR, if the engine wasnt turned off, the ABS light would be on because of the difference in wheel speeds. I replaced my ABS sensor after installing my Traction Control and kept getting an intermittent signal from the front passenger sensor. According to the book, it said was due to a faulty sensor. I replaced it with one from Andy and it was the same. That is when I did the tests. I basically found out if there is no warning light the sensors are working correctly. Why did you change you sensor? Stuart

  8. Water and fat is a good conductor or electricity
  9. Moving temp sensor sounds like a bad earth some where on the temp sensors.
  10. If you need any help, send me a message Im only probably 15 mins from you.
  11. I am looking at the ones from Z1, so you will have to tell me what they are like.
  12. That wont work as his tracker ball isnt working not his mouse ;)
  13. Can try to take it apart and give it a clean. Is there anything wrong with the connections into the computer?
  14. Ahhh didnt know that. The ones I am looking at say they excees the strenght of the OEM one. Well my next port of call is something to do with the propshaft. These 1 peice ones are about twice as much as the brearing alone and if it saves power and gets rid of the need for a bearing, it may be worth it. Stuart
  15. Could it be Aaron's original Z? But I think he was breaking it not scrapping it. What happened to him? He keeps coming and going.
  16. Why is the stock one in 2 peices to start with? Is it so it can flex when going over bumps and cause less stress on the diff and box? Trying to think what could be causeing my speed related vibrations in my car. The tracking is correct as is the balancing. There is a possibility that one of the wheels has got buckled. The only other thing I can think of is the centre prop bearing. I was wondering if it is worth getting a 1 peice one. It is a little bit lighter than OEM and more than strong enough, but should save a few HP because there is no bearing to turn and no centre joint to lose power. What your thoughts? Stuart
  17. I was going to buy wheels from them. The wheels are cheap enough and the exchange rate makes it very tempting but then its £300 to get it shipped here. :( If you manage to get away from the TAX you have done well, but if you do get taxed it would probably be cheaper the get the wheels from the UK. Stuart

  19. Ok then it probably will then ;) If you can get there for 2 there will be 2 hours or so before people start to leave. :D
  20. Its hard do say what time people will leave. Its up to them Generally it has been 3-4 when people start to go. I think this meeting wont really be worth your while.
  21. I think the stock gauge is electrical
  22. Yeah thats me in the back ground. :D Has lovely 335/35/18 on. Im not buying those.
  23. According to my car's history they last about 60,000-70,000 mile. I think they can hold about 320-330 bhp. I think you should go for an after market one anyway. I think it will cost you £100-£150 more but leaves you room to mod with.
  24. I bumpped the back of a car at 20 mph in the snow last year. Thats it :D
