  1. They look simaliar hight as the Stillen ones. I have heard complaints that the top part of the Stillen ones dont get any air as they are blocked by the bumper a lot. The ducting is a must for them, but they charge a rediculas amount for a bit of plastic. I went with the Greddy ones because on TT.net people say the Stillen and Greddy work about the same, but the Greddy works better with the stock bumper. Stuart
  2. There you go. Very bling bling isnt it ;)
  3. Sizes of the intercoolers are, Stock:__________ | Greddy 18.6cm wide._____|19.5 Wide 16.2cm tall_______|15.7 Tall 6cm deep._______| 10.2 Deep This is just measuring the core size
  4. All in good time. ;)
  5. They turbos have been sent off to get a complete overhaul with new uprated parts. The only part original left on my turbos apparently will the the housing. Its got a 360º thrust bearing racing it on it to help spool up and to stand the abuse.
  6. I am sure DaveW willl be able to help. He had given me a few links to good programmers site. I dont have them now. :(
  7. Here are some pics of new uprated parts against the stock. First the pully. You can see the size difference between them but the most interesting part is the weight. I know they are lighter but I didnt know they where this much lighter. Stock was 13lb 7.5oz. (About 6.1 Kg) Unorthodox 1lb 14.6oz (Less than 0.9Kg) The lighter pully is 14% the weight of the stock, or in other words the stock one is over just over 7 times the weight of the light one. Greddy Intercoolers The Greddy intercooler are a little wider. I would say about half an inch or so. However the tank ends are metal, so they too will have a slight cooling effect on the air, a lot more than plastic anyway. The tank ends are also larger so the air is not restrictied as quick, this must help the flow. The stock intercoolers look slightly higher, but it is misleading as if you look, the stock intercoolers are infactstanding on the tank ends and welding. Other things I noticed about them, if you tap them, they ring like a crystal. So there you go people who are getting the Greddy Intercoolers. They do look very nice and good quality. Stuart
  8. Place called weir street engineers in Blackburn. Did a good job too.
  9. But whose 5 days are 5 working days and does not include, bank holidays, religious holidays (any religion will do) weekends, thursdays and fridays.
  10. Knowing the Japanese it will be in this country 12 hours after they send it. Then the UK postal serice will sit around scratching their arses wondering what to do with it for 5 days.
  11. Most of the delay was the intercoolers, it was a long wait for them, plus I kept adding parts on all the time. Then is was forgotten to be posted for 2 days. Then the US customs had hold of them for 3 days, and then they changed their policy or something and then had to have them again for another inspection another 3/4 days The parts left the US on the 11th so probably got to Liverpool on the 12th/13th. (Plane was going from LA so would have had to stop somewhere else in the US.) And then after traveling 6000 miles in 2 days, it took 4 days to get from Liverpool to my house 30 miles away ;) Probably stuck in customs again.
  12. The cost so far is $4300 on parts from the US (Not including pistons) £235 Rebore block, polish crank and new bearing set. £900 on new turbos. Will be good for 18+psi. £450 on R33 wheels. (4 tyres need replacng) I am fecking skint!!!!!!!
  13. Ooooo, is this a challenge? Will it be at Pod or on a race track? Or may be at one of those top speed challenges.
  14. The harness is about $400 I think. Cant remember exactly. Most places in the US sell them, and at that cost if you are taking your engine out, you are silly not to change it. Is nice being able to move the harness around with out hearing nasty crackling noises. I also thing the quailty of the harness is better than the standard one. The wires seem to be covered more in tape or insualtion and some of the wires seem to be slightly thicker. Stuart

  17. My car parts have finally arrived :D It was like Christmas all over again. Probably better because I knew none of the boxes contained socks of cheap after shave. Everything would be useful :D So what have I got here.? A'PEXi AVC-R Boost Controller Engine Gasket Set Greddy Intercoolers. Hmmmmm Greddy *slobber* PCV Hoses and valves, and now O2 sensors (Boring cos it just looks like a bag)
  18. Looks impressive. Like to see what power they put on the road when its all finished.
  19. Errr Is your "o" working? you used 0 (Zero) instead?
  20. Hi mate. When my car is done, I would like to connect to my car and see if everything is running well, if you dont mind.?
