Some nice cars there, but all I can say is. OMG!! Skylines and 200SXs are common as muck there. Only Scoops' 300ZX and one other. Thanks to Adam for taking me out for a test spin. Im glad you got a car your happy with even though you went 180º and bought a Toyota. But what goes round comes round. I would post some pics but they are shit! Would like to see more ZXs there next time. I want mine done by then too. Stuart

I feel for you. I have been driving a 1.2 Corsa with no power at all.

Sand it right down so there are no rusty bits or burned oil bits. Couple of coats of silver undercoat then spray the paint over the top.

Not only Jap cars go. The pub is in normal use too. I went in my Corsa, but I did park it in a dark corner ;)

I was fecking surprised too. I got 200miles on half a tank (According to the petrol gauge) but the 2nd half didnt last as long ;) 330 odd miles and the needle wasnt touching the E :D Like I said, drove like a granny up there. 60mph most of the way

I drove round Scotland too. Fantastic Z driving roads. :D Didnt miss a beat and also got 32mpg driving like a granny upto Scotland

I have spend hours in the past week jsut working on the heads and making them clean. I think you will agree from the pics, it makes it worth it. Even if after the first time the car turns over they will be messy straight away, but I know they where good when I put them back on. Here are some before and after pics of the head. The heads as it came off the engine The cams dirty oily and out of focus;) Several hours of cleaning valves, cleaning, seating and scrubbing Even the inside got scrubbed and treated to new lifters :D One of the heads sat on the block What you think?

I wasnt working for the computer dep then but I am now, so I will know what to do. "Restart your computer" did that sound techy enough. One of the questions in my interview asked why people asked for my help before ringing the computer department. I said I didnt know, but I really wanted to say is "Its because your shit!"
