There are ones on Ebay every now and then for £100 or so. I believe Zevans got an engine from a write off maybe they have the MAS going too. Why not ask? If you end up needing it that is.

The MAS is piss easy to change. Its the sensor above the air filter. They are very expensive to buy new. Try taking it off and giving the contacts a clean. Lets hope its just that.

The revs not rising above a level usually means the MAS is not working. With saftey boost the car works fine, but the boost is dropped and the timing changes.

Are there differences? I though the main difference on most parts are pre and post 94

I dont know. You can reach the manifold bolts with the turbos on but its hard. However when the manifold is on, its hard to reach the turbo bolts ;) Which is the lesser of 2 evils ?

Shall I mount the turbos on the manifold first and then put the manifold on the engine? Or should I put the manifold in the engine first and then put the turbos on? Any suggestions?

AFAIK, leather was optional throughout the life of the car. My UK 91 has it. I have only heard of 2 UK cars which didnt have leather, but leather in Imports are about half and half.

Did I? No I asked them to measure it after polishing and order the correct grade bearings. Im so Lazy! :D

The grades are correct from when the time the thing was made. Even there was not play on my crank (ooo errrr) I was advised by the place where I got the block bored and crank polished that I should measure the bearings myself.
