  1. I dont know yet. Depends on Job/Car/Money
  2. Ever seen these sensors in cars which opens your garage door as you drive up? They are infact radar jammers. :D But people have been prosicuted for having one. Preventing the course of justiace of something.
  3. It will work from a mile if the radar signal from the gun is strong enough, which it has to be to reflect back
  4. Errr, I think I get your point. It only takes 1 person to ruin it. You could go to these events and ever see any problem and thust go about doing your own business. But if I was on that track and saw people driving like and the organisers doing nothing about it, I would get off the track. I think some people should go and watch a proper track day and you will see its better organised and the people who are driving are out to have a fun days driving, not to drift round corners or show off infront of their mates.
  5. No. 90% are not turn up and have a go days. There are 2-3 a week in peak period and you have to book way in advance to get your time one. Some are limited to how many cars can go on at once. We will have to try get a day going again, with just Zs. I doubt that 25-30 people on here would all sign up so we would probably have to let some other people on. But its not impossible to get 25-30 Z owners on there, just some people need to have more faith in themselves.
  6. It looks like you live in a little castle.
  7. 18? I am sure he will be out getting his first taste of alcohol later today. Wont you mate?
  8. On a track day or have a go day? There are 2 different things. Well organised track days that wouldn't be allowed to happen, plus you are told to keep your distance. When organising the Grimsby TD, I had to argue with the organisers because he said its not a good track for beginners. They also wont let beginners on a track with people who have done a few days before. That is a proper track day organiser! To me, you will have more damage to your engine on the 1/4 mile run. And more of a chance of coming round a blind corner on a country A road and seeing , animals on the road, people, broken down cars, pot holes, tractors pulling out etc. You also have cars coming the other direction who could make a mistake and cause a head on collision. Dont say it wont happen because it does, all the time. The 3 crashes I have seen on that have a go day, have all been 100% driving like a ****er. Blue Subaru crash was a total ****er and I hope his car is a write off because he shouldnt be allowed to drive. Look again, he was trying to drift the car round. Look at the brake lights and you will realise that the only time he brakes is when he is on the grass. Skyline driver was being a total ****er, trying to overtake people on the outside of a corner, is dangerous to himself and others. Look at Alonso in the F1, if they crash doing that a Skyline will. He should not be on the track. I properly organised and Marshalled track day any sign of that and they will be taken off. Plus no offence to people who went the Jap Fest, but those drivers are the type of people it generally attracts, and they try to show off to the croud. Proper trackdays cost a lot more, because they are marshalled and have St Johns Ambulance in attendance. The higher price puts off pricks like that, plus I really doubt that serious safe track day people would put up with that. If they get banned from one organiser, I am sure they would pass on the information to others. I have been to watch a few track days and the few times I have seen some one lost the back end, even slightly and even by accident they where flagged to come in and given a warning. The only thing stupider than driving like that on a track is driving like that on the normal roads. When people brag about doing 160mph in their Z. Wooo lots of skill in that.
  9. If you watch the video you will notice he is not accelerating around corners which is how you make a 4WD work. He starts off doing and then stops. He also flicks the car into corners instead of smoothly turning into it. Later on in the vid its more apparent. It also looks like they are bouncing round the corner with the wheel. Instead of a smooth turn in and smooth turn out, its like he keeps quickly flicking the steering in when going round corners, like trying to make the tail come out. Infact when you watch it is awful driving.

Mine is a Manual :D Pete, I think the hand book says manuals are better at MPG, but I think its only 1mpg or something. Most probably because of the heavier box on am auto
  22. Take them off and put them in the boot. Sometimes I take them off as it makes the inside of the car car nice and bright. But sometimes the sun just blinds you and I put them back on. I like the blinds being on too as it gives the car more of an enclosed sporty look. It also hleps keep the temperature down. I tend to take them off in the winter and on during the summer
  23. The Supra interior looks nasty enough with out having it look like the Playbus
  24. Did you not see that program about 3-4 years ago about this so called "crack down" on benifit fraud? Labour get most of their votes from working/lower class / lower income people and they would lose millions of Labour voters if they seemed to be coming down hard on lower class/lower income people, basically the people who brought them into power. So not to alienate these voters they put their cracking down fraid adverts in news papers like Rhe Gaurdian, Telegraph, Times, papers whos readers probably only contribute to 5-1% of benifit fraud. They also put adverts on the television at times when programmes which appeal to upper class/ higher income people. Like Mastermind, documentries and such, and they didnt put it on at the breaks between the football or Corination Street/Eastenders was on. These "Adverts" then became less of a "We are going to get you" message to the people who commit benifit fraud, but more of a "We are getting them" message to the people who dont commit fraud. Then of course, no on gets got. The people who commit the fraud, still get away from it and keep voting Labour becuase they are on easy street, and the people who are in 2 minds vote Labour becasue they think Labour is doing something about it. Politics is a very dirty thing. And if you are wondering where the Tax is going, its going into every school child. £30 a week to stay in school and then they get hammered £3000+ a year to goto university.
