Haven't done the door panels yet, so as soon as they are done, I'll post some piccies. Now I'm not saying they are any good, as I'm a complete novice at all this, but the dash panels arnt too bad, but then I have got plenty of vinyl to re-do them if needed. Dave

OEM clock, Right this pile of sh1te in my car seems to have given up the ghost all together now, but then it wasnt working properly before that anyway. Is there a clock on the market that'll, with maybe modding, fit in the space left by the oem clock, or is there another route. And no i dont want a turbo timer or similar in there. Thanks Dave

The problem for me now though, is that, in the past I would have used Kwik-Fit, as I knew the manager and he always looked after me himself. But now he no longer works there, and they all seem a right bunch of tossers, so wouldnt trust them to work on the Z. And theres another story regarding Kwik-Fit where I work as well, but I wont bring that up here :D lol Also National all look dim-witts as well, so i've gota look around for a decent place that dont mind fitting them. Ok, so I'm currently re-trimming my interior panels, as the original vinyl is black, and I'm re-triming the tweed in black vinyl, what colour pipping should I use on the door cards? 1) Black 2) Red 3) Pink 4) Yellow 5) Blue 6) Other....... I was going to use black, but had the idea of using red, as the car is red and it may contrast better, especially if/when I have the seats re-trimmed in leather with red pipping. Thanks Dave

While I'm doing my re-trim, and I'm starting on the steering columm lower cowl, thought I'd change the rear fog lamp switch. Main reason, as you can see in the pic, is that it is ****ing horrible:D. A huge ugly rocker switch, OK so the one I'm putting in place of it is still ugly, but at least it's a litle smaller and a little un-obtrusive. Does anyone know where I can get hold of a decent looking switch, about the same size as my new one? Mainly because the quality of the new one isnt all that good, but I cant find anything better around here. Dave PS - And I must stop drawing on the table :D lol
