  1. Quite a few insurers say a windscreen claim won't affect NCB. Not sure if it's the same for the rear window.
  2. I'm sure someone got one replaced cheaply or on insurance or something. SuffolkZX maybe? Or was that the front one... not sure. Changing the whole boot might have other issues (paint match, rust etc). Could be the way to go though.
  3. You off down the parlour mate? Mum's the word! ;)
  4. I go in with the maximum I'll pay at 30 odd seconds to go. No good putting in a cheap bid if you'd have paid more. Good angry cat though.
  5. Sweet car - I've always liked Supras.
  6. 7 for me. Things are pretty good. I wish I never had to work again and was married to Angelia Jolie or Lucy Liu - but neither of those are that likely to ever happen to be honest.
  7. How about a Kappa? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kappa_(folklore) Or failing that, something big that can fly.
  8. Then run out into the rain in a thin white dress
  9. I think the current going through your batter charger will drop as the battery becomes fully charged. Leave it overnight at least if the battery was flat before.
  10. I think I'd need two hands to lift that glass if it was full.
  11. I've seen people at Santa Pod remove that pannel between the headlights ? for better air flow?. As for track preparation, consider flushing the brakes through with fresh fluid (racing DoT 4 is better than DoT 5 IMHO). On bikes you lower the tyre pressures, not raise them - not sure if it's the same for cars though.
  12. I think my window switches light up with the head lights are turned on.
  13. Balls - don't like all that heavy / fragile / requires professional mounting stuff for the plasma. Would have probably got one of those 42" LGs otherwise. Best to have all the facts! :)
  14. 60,000 odd miles on me 99er!
  15. £688 for a 42" LG HD ready plasma - now that sounds very very good to me. I'm very tempted. Are plasmas ok? Everything seems to be LCD these days.

  17. This lot took a set of 18s with tyres to Isle of Wight for me - about £50-£60 ish IIRC http://www.interparcel.com/quote/courier-quote1.php?ref=Google_IP_General

  19. In the main text he says they're 8 / 9 inches. Are they real Nismo though? They're multi stud fitment.
  20. I can knock up a battery with a tupperware lunchbox and some old fishing weights. £10 ;)
