  1. Clucking bell! You only just got that silver one too. Sorry to hear you're having problems with it already - hope they're easy to sort.
  2. What's the DC5 like? What's the MPG like? And servicing costs? How it it to drive? Is there more room in the back seats than the Zed?
  3. Agreed They're just too: "Yoo-hoo, yoo-hoo, look at me in my cute little sports car". http://www.gaywheels.com/new/honda/2007/s2000/
  4. Cheers Ian. Nice to meet you. I think I have the picture in my signature (below) at high res if you wanted a pic to use with sunshine. I'm sure your pics will be excellent though.
  5. I've been very, very tempted by a DC5 - yes it's FWD but it's a superb set up with LSD and it'll kick most things on a twisty road. Plus 35mpg is possible and low service costs and depreciation. I like the S15 but they look a bit plain without a bodykit and they're expensive for what they are. S2000 is just too gay / girly IMHO. And Imprezas are too common - even the two door. I'd say DC5 or S15 - and pushed to choose one or the other, I'd go for the DC5.
  6. My car was photgraphed today to be in Classic Car Weekly. It'll be in the August 2nd edition in a buyers guide. Strange to think of the Z32 as a classic but I guess it is.
  7. Sappire Cossie in moonstone with Morette quad head light conversion, big exhaust and light rust. ;) They fookin fly, they do. Quicker than a 3 litre Capri and everything. I can see FunkiSi getting one after his Zed.
  8. Cool - well if the 300zx.co.uk showing is poor, I'll go over there to see them. Not necessarily the most popular people with some folks on here (lets not go there again!) but they were always good to me.
  9. Lol Crack and craic. They go together like a horse and carriage. ;)
  10. Can anyone see Torque-Power on there?
  11. I'm not sure if that's us... That's called 300oOC There's 300ZX a bit to the right, near the Z club. Doesn't matter who we're near - it'll be good crack. :duffer: :duffer: :duffer:
  12. What do you think we're going to say? :)
  13. http://www.japcarclub.com/jae/info.html That's the official site - I'd hope the info you want will be on there somewhere.
  14. Is your silver car ok Nick? I hope it was just flooded.
  15. Wasn't someone on here looking for a manual black TT?
  16. It's not your job to be as confused as Nigel. ;)
  17. No advanced tickets I think. I think we just turn up, pay on the gate and drive to the Z-Club / 300zx.co.uk area. Take your club membership badge to prove to the people on the gate you're meant to go in.
  18. I was EMAP for years but now I freelance for all sorts - EMAP, IPC, Magaicalia, Heymarket etc Ian: If you want a car to photograph, I'm in Peterborough and have a mint, almost standard 1999 Z32 NA you can use if you don't do many miles / rag it about and it comes back with a full tank of super unleaded! (pic below - only mods are wheels, HID headlights, clear side indicators, stainless back boxes).
  19. Hmmmm... contradictory information I read this As Alot Of You Will Already Know Our Main Summer Event Will Be A Week Previous To Jae This Year At Billing, that Does Not Mean We Will Not Be At Jae In Peterborough On The 20th To 22nd July Just On A Smaller Scale So Feel Free To Add Your Names , Many Thanks Jason On this thread http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=91046 So does 300zx.co.uk have a stand/presence at JAE?
  20. I'm pretty certain we DO have a stand there. Over to our national events organiser / regional events organiser...... I'm going. Even if the 300zx.co.uk presence isn't up to much I think torque-power.co.uk, japgirls and plenty of other groups will be there so I recon it'll be a good event. edit - YES, 300zx.co.uk will be at JAE http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=91046 "As Alot Of You Will Already Know Our Main Summer Event Will Be A Week Previous To Jae This Year At Billing, that Does Not Mean We Will Not Be At Jae In Peterborough On The 20th To 22nd July Just On A Smaller Scale So Feel Free To Add Your Names , Many Thanks Jason"
  21. There's still JAE - the UK's largest Japanese car event. Fri 20 - Sun 22 July, East of England Showground, Peterborough. We have a 300zx.co.uk stand/stall there. More importantly I'll be there with a bootfull of booze. Hope to see as many of you there as possible. :duffer:
  22. Happy birthday mate :duffer:
  23. Agreed. Welcome everyone with open arms. Jumping on people to join is a bit ott imho.
  24. I had, as was the mode, undertaken a course of Mendoza. Knowing my own prowess, I never refused the chance of a wayside adventure, and it was seldom indeed that the bargee or navigator had much to boast of after a I had taken off my coat to him.
  25. Been sniffing the aerosols again ? ;) edit - aye ;)
