curry recipie
Garlic, rosemary and salt. I can never touch meat until it's cooked. As a youth I used to weep in butcher's shops.

99 spec how much?
I'd happily pay £10K for a 99 manual tt. There's more than the obvious cosmentic differences - better brakes and stiffer chassis for example.

Off To Bulgaria..
Just rode to Romania and back on my motorbike. which is right next to Bulgaria. Yep it's HOT out there - was 40 centigrade in Bucharest when we were there.

New Digital Camera Wanted
Compact or SLR? I bought a Cannon IXUS850IS recently. It's small, easy to use - and the pics are great - good enough for a single picture to fill a double page spread in a top magazine. I went for it as it has a wide angle lense (28mm). I hear the just released Lumix has a very long telephoto lense (X10) which is good.

One to wind you up
The couple then had seven of their own: twins Parris-Jordan and Kesla Blu, eight; twins Mason and Peaches, six; Logan, four, and the three-year-old twins Skye and Kalifornya. Prior to their latest home, the Gillespies were housed in a five-bedroom property in Purley-on-Thames, Berkshire. However, in June last year the property burnt down when one of the family's youngest twins played with a cigarette lighter.

I'd rather bulldoze them all into a pit than pay for them through my taxes. http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/news/article-23405477-details/Jobless%20couple%20with%2012%20children%20are%20given%20a%20ýý500,000%20home/article.do

You'll probably pay handling fees, tax and duty which can add to the cost considerably.

Fatal crash on way back from JAE.... terrible!!
That's terrible. RIP. Cars are dangerous, especially fast ones. But we all know that anyway.

Launde Abbey Open Day - Monday 27th August
Where exactly is it and what's involved? Do we have to pay? Is it limited to 7 cars or can others come but not be 'shown'?

If I thought that was going to happen I'd get over there. But I suspect it won't. So I shan't. :duffer: :duffer:

Off to JAE this afternoon
Was it £15 to get in per car or per person? My mate came over and was too tight to pay the £15 each I thought it was.

Our Z's Verses the environment, Feel guilty??
It's not all a con. It's no good pointing fingers at other people / countries who are worse. Everyone needs to think about what they can do to help. There's no need to feel threatened and be all defensive but there's a very real problem that needs action taking or we'll drop ourselves right in the shit.

Jae
Me neither. ;) It wasn't me anyway.

It's hammering with rain in Peterborough. I fear FunkySi's right - JAE is going to be a mud bath.
