  1. My best chat up line is: "Was your dad a meat thief bacause it's like he stole two fine hams and put them down the back of your dress" ...kind of a play on the "stars in your eyes line" .... no it never works but it makes me laugh anyway. BTW if you do get caught taking the photo of the girl in your office I'm not sure the tribunal will find "some people on an internet chatroom told me to do it" a suitable excuse. :smash:
  2. Or Fat Krak Ho :nana2:
  3. Oh and my mate said if you're in Bangkok, you should have a meal in the 'Oriental Hotel'. It's one of the best restaurants in the world apparently and not too expensive.
  4. I'm planning a three week trip to that area later this year (November) so I'd really appreciate any tips as to where to go. A mate suggested visting East Malaysia (on the island of Borneo) as the jungle's much better than north Thailand and said mainland Malaysia and Sinapore are great too. I was thinking about Bali as well. I'd be really interested to hear what you enjoyed though.
  5. There was a thread on lightening the Z. Dunno how to post link. Started on March 2. Someone listed mods to shed 750+ lbs!
  6. 1590kg = 1.590 tonnes 330/1.590 = 208 bhp per tonne (I think :duffer: :duffer: )
  7. Metric or imperial ton (or should I say tonne)? :hyper:
  8. Crickey mate, I hope you're being metaphorical. Anyway, whatever, I hope it all sorts out soon - chin up bud!
  9. I know, I'm only joking. :p I work with bikes and 90% of modded ones are worse than standard but modded cars seem much better in general.

Just got back from five days in Amsterdam. :hyper: I've been a few times now. I've been to the Van Gough museum three times now as I always forget I've been there and don't remember till I get inside.
  12. Some insects don't (yes, I know it's an arachnid) :smash:
  13. I love modded cars and they look great and I bet they go well. I leave mine standard as I'm cheap & lazy (and suspect the corporate might of Nissan in their prime knew better than some nutters on the internet  ).
  14. I found the spider turd quite interesting. Probably says more about me than the pictures though.

They look nice but if I was buying new, I'd go for something simpler - sorry - just my opinion.
  16. "Christ's"?

Daily driver - although i don't use the 300 every day as I ride a bike to beat the traffic most days.
  18. Welcome to the forum Pete. :duffer: People on here seem to know everything you could want about Zs. Enjoy your car!
  19. Standard series five ( :hyper: ) velour. I do like leather but it can be cold and sometimes doesn't age well.

I'm hoping to come along but not sure if I'll get a chance (2+2, NA, auto, standard!)

Catriona please. Although I wouldn't chuck any of them out of bed to attend the midlands meet. :smash:
  22. Can't see a link or anything.. or am I being stupid...?
  23. :duffer: :duffer: :duffer: Yes
  24. I was told "the nut behind the steering wheel is the most dangerous thing in a car". I located and removed mine with a spanner and feel much safer now. Didn't save much weight though.
