Yes, custom sump, basically cut the bottom of mine and make and weld a reserve on the front and flat off the back. Will post more pics later. Oil filter tree was a big problem!

Bit of an update as managed a few busy days on the project, even got the gazebo out with the crap weather! so today I managed to... Mount the P/S pump as it is on the opposite side to a 300zx Fit the fans and radiator with metal brackets, 300zx oe hoses work! Mounted both 300zx intercoolers, can't go FM as need to put the intake/maf in the front Mocked up the intake, intercooler piping on the passenger side Fitted rear wing. Pics below, enjoy....

Got the engine out and guess what, omly 2 holes each side?? How come others have 4??

As above I need to relocate the filter as it catches on the steering rack in the 200sx it's going in BUT the housing that bolts to engine is also to low. Does anyone or has anyone moved the filter and used a different housing? I've seen kits on ebay but they just replace the filter with a plate to move it. Any suggestion appreciated as it is the last problem to overcome!!

The engine is nearly ready to go in the S14 but for the turbo to clear the steering rack the perfect solution is to fit a passenger side exhaust manifold on the drivers side, so 2 questions 1) Any performance/running issue in this? 2) How easy is it to drill/tap 6 new threads for the bolts as the are opposit to the orifinal ones? Before anyboddy gets confused this is a TT engine into the S14 body.

All go with a bypass, good 'how to' write up here and we do a kit with the bits you need.

Managed a whole day on my 2 project cars! The 200sx had the custom subframe fitted along with the steering rack, also burned out and removed the track control arms and bottom arms suspension bushes ready for the powerflex poly bushes. On the 300zx the exhaust removed including cats and downpipes, didn't realise it was a hks super dragger! Prop and starter motor off so the engine is now ready to come out and drop in the 200sx! 350 twin turbo horses here we come! Other engine for the 300 won't be long at Jimmers although pmi sending 1 x88mm, 4 x 81mm and 1x 80mm piston rings isn't helping and will cost time but being done is Port/polish Arp rods Wiseco piston Metal h/g Forged rods 650cc injectors Should be a nice strong engine ready for some serious power !

This is the plug next to the ecu plug from the engine loom, 4 wires are ecu engine conzult, anyone know where any of the others go, maybe abs conzult etc? Long shot I know but any identified is a help.
