need to get a new locking mechanism for my glove compartement. i`ve seen one on courtsey nissan website but is there anyway i can get one in the UK. preferably, a cheap one. cheers

hi. i am thinking of getting some parts from courtsey nissan as they are very cheap. do i need to worry about any other costs? i have never bought anything from abroad and have heard about all the ridiculous taxes that may be put on to purchases. could someone give me more info on what to look out for and possible charges etc. cheers rav p.s. if i didnt to for a sh!t behind closed doors and with the light off i wouldnt be suprised if i got taxed for everything that came out of my arse.

the pics are great but there is something i am intersted in. the 3rd pic from the end. the one that shows lots of cars in the parking area. there is a silver zed in the top corner. it the one with the shark kit bumper. well, my question is. were can i get the arches he has on that car. i have been asking for ages yet nobody has the answer. all help appreciated.

interesting question, here are my thoughts. as i am a vegitarian (out of choice) i think pigs are great. unlike people they do not suffer from arrogance, an ego, jealousy, selfishness etc etc etc people or the human race is fast heading towards selfdestruction. the above mentioned qualities are just some of many and we only have a few GOOD points. the only problem is that you cant have good S*X with a pig and they are not very good when it comes to oral S*X. thats were people (females most importantly win hands down)

hi i am interested in getting a wide arch kit for my car. i am FULLY aware that luke sells them at the Zcentre however, i have seen a couple of cars with a different design. the only way to describe is that it looks like a large rear vent similar to ferrari etc. does anybody know a website or contact so i can get some more info. or does anybody have links to other designs. cheers

trust me if i got it done i will be showing it off proviing it looked good!!!!!! i think the cars they have done dont really look like sports cars hence they look a bit NAFF. however, give the shape of the Z, especially with a bodykit it has the potential to look awesome. i will keep you updated. i just got an email from another company that does the fitting they told me to get back in touch with them in september as they will have a kit that fits the Z. Cant wait!!!! rav:cool: ;)

current price on the kit is about $1500. which is not too bad when converted into pounds. however i am waiting on another "U.S." company to let me know if it will fit on a Z. i`ll keep you updated. thank you to all the nice people on this forum rav

i am so proud of you guys. i posted a few threads on the US website (http://www.300zxclub.com) asking for some advice about a US based company. anyway, some of the replies were just so rude and unhelpful. it was funny because a few of the moderators got involved and asked people to be a bit more constructive in the replies and even sent me private mail apologising. i made the point of telling them that our forum was alot better. i mentioned that we too can be rude and take the piss but we do it on our general forum not on "help and advice". Apparnetly this is how they treat all forgniers and newbies. didn`t realise the yanks were such W@nks. keep up the good work guys. I`m proud of you. Rav

i have a 300zx tt auto. i have been a naughty boy and reving the car in neutral before putting it into drive so as to do wheel spins. just wanted to know if this is good or bad before i do any permanent damage mto the gear box!!!!!!!!! rav

you have just missed a group buy from the zcentre for racelogic TC, it was £530. Any performance place should be abl;e to fit it. what you need to do is check out a few website eg grasshopper and see if anybody is doing a group buy, they will also be able to install it (normally £100) but i`m getting mine done for around £70-80. good luck and definately worth having!!! rav

i`ve got no idea.....................but just thought i would tell you that the zcentre is very very helpful and because he is helpful he is very very busy. if yo keep trying i am sure you will get through. once it took me 4 days to get in ouch with him. i am sure other guys will be able to help you but keeping trying zcentre as well. rav

ok drove the car to and from work today, no problems. temp gauge stayed in middle. before i left this morning i checked the water and tried to put some more in but i didnt have to has it seemed full. i am driving to london this weekend. should i worry about anything. it seems ok at the mo.

hi i was driving back from work in my car, its only about 8 miles to my house. anyway, just as i pulled up towards my front door i noticed steam coming from under the bonnet and my temp gauge was off the clock. i went inside and had dinner. about 45 minutes latter i checked the water, which was low. and so i decided to top it up. after some hissing and bubbling i stopped. i had only put in about 3litres of water and it still wasnt full!!!!!!. Anyway, after this i thought id start the car and park it properly at this point something strange happened....... the car had major problem reving, almost like if the battrey was going to die, it seemed like if it was choking but no real noises. i reved it a little and still seemed funny, it was idling around 500 revs. after about 20sec of reving it seeemed fine. i am afraid to drive just in case i have any major problmes. any idea what is happeninig. is it serious or just a passing phase because i put some water in
