  1. so what happened next.....did you shag here when the husband had gone and you had passed the test. she obviously has feelings that need your attention.:D
  2. hi just bought a Raid snap off steering wheeel adaptor for my momo steering wheel. the blasted thing did not fit properly ie. the snap off adaptor is idealy supossed to lie behind the spokes of the steering wheel but in my case they were at a slight angle so from "head on" (infront off the wheel) you could see the arms of the adapter. the problem has obviously got to do with the screws on the steering wheel and how they line up with the adapter!! anybody got any suggestions. i have returned the adapter and am hoping the forum will come to my rescue. anyway, what do poeple think off the snap off steering wheels. are they a good think? help needed. rav
  3. look people i am new to all this ZX stuff but this forum as been the best thing. It has helped me so much with little niggly problems to major ones. The point is everyone has been helpful and that what this forum is for. I guess its ok to air an opinion but remeber everyone makes mistakes. It almost reminds me of school when your friends with someone and you werent allowed to be friends with another boy cause your friend didnt like him its all silly. Andy Duff has given me great advice over certain issues and offered to to do things with my car with unresolved problem. jeff has been woken up by me at 2 in the morning because my car broke down. lets just compliment the two for the great service they are providing rather then having a poll a poll to see who is best. peace be with you all. Rav

  6. the problem is that when this situation occurs the only way to start it is in NEUTRAL. it definately starts. i just wanted to know why it happpens after i ve been on a long journey and leave the turbo timer on that this occurs
  7. hi guys. i have a automatic TT and i have noticed something odd... when i drive around on short frequent trips or after a long drive on a HOT day i always leave the turbo time running so as to allow the turbos to cool etc. i have noticed on many occasions that after when i return to the car usually after an hour or so the car will not start. there is power but no ignition, almost like the imobiliser has kicked in if i leave it for say another hour it will start up no problems. i have also noticed that if the car doesn`t start if i put it in neutral (N) instead fo having it in PARK(P) it will start. Anybody no what is going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!should i be worried.
  8. yea i agree Jeff at Zetworld in Tamworth would be glad to help. I think!
  9. Thanks everyone. I will have to start saving up. hopefully i should have the money in the next 10 years!!!!!!!!!!!! lol thanks Paul C just had a look at your link? how much does that setup cost?
  10. i read somewhere on this forum that it is relatively easy to get a zx up to 400bhp. is this true. i.e. is it easy and cheap or easy and EXPENSIVE. i have a imported TT which i assume is 280bhp standard. I have a boost controller but i dont think it works. So my question is......If it is relatively cheap and easy to get 400bhp then could someone tell me (preferably in detail) what i need to get and do and also someone in the midlands that would be able to help. Thank you rav

So basically i need an expert to have a look at it and give me the extra PSI and advice about what to do next to increase the speed. I live in Cov. Oh....while i am here can some one give some advice on the best way to race in an auto.....I usually just put my foot down in DRIVE, i thought someone might have some tips... cheers rav

  22. hi just decided to check my oil and bought some 10w-40 semi synthetic. i decided to check the forum before i used it and i did a search. most people suggested 10w-60. my question is if i use the 10w-40 will it cause any problems or should i take it back. cheers p.s. i have an imported auto TT
