Nice one Dave, like Chunk said, you should have given him a shout rather than trashing your boot!! At least you made it though!! When I took the Auto box off my motor, two of us struggled to carry the fooking thing, does anyone know the actual weight of the autobox? I really wouldnt want to put that in my boot! That'd be like Chunk AND Macca in the back!! :D

That things gonna have to be pretty mad to beat a Zed on a 1/4 mile strip, standard it wont have a chance but I guess if they get it up to 200bhp+ then I reckon the little festa's in with a chance... Deary me, a festa beating a Zed, that'll be the day! Huh, next it'll be MR2's!! :p NEVER!! :D Have you heard anything on your zed yet? Any news on whats happening with it?

RS conversion hey Alex, very nice mate..... :nana2: I went in a XR2 MK2 RST Conversion about 5 years ago and the thing couldnt get any grip on the front, even in the dry it just kept hopping all over the road. Well funny but really quick at soona s third came in.... So whats it being used for Alex? Just track days, santa pod etc etc or is it being used as a daily runner too?

Nah Dave, twas not me, I think I know which one this is though. A lady driver I believe and every now and then she pops into Melton, dont think she lives in the town. I have seen her going out towards Leicester quite a few times as I have been going back in. Mines in the garage with no gearbox at the moment, ready to receive a manwell conversion as soon as I can find one and then fit my nismo 550cc injectors, soon to be aquired Aasco 11lb Flywheel and RPS MAX clutch... Hopefully by Feb/March she'll be back....

AH mate, I had this problem and I searched and searched and searched but I couldnt cure the bloody thing. I just ran a live wire from the working light to the non-working. Not ideal I know but it works fine so fook it. I changed fuses, relays even fitted Shrimpys earthing kit but all to no avail. If that engine ever comes out, I swear a new loom is going in....... :( Even if I have to make one myself! ;)
