Not to mention it can create unwanted turbulence; loss of low end response & power too. If you insist on 3" we do still offer it.

He ran a 12.5 second 1/4 with about 450bhp but his exhaust system was straight rather than all twisty, is this really beneficial?? If so, what the repersussions of having this kind of system? Cool, I'll be saving for those then. Although I am looking for something better than my Powerflow stainless system and standard manifolds and downpipes. I believe (Correct me if I am wrong) that systems like the single exit HKS Superdragger comes with a large bore system straight from the turbo's? Is this right? If so, what system can I get that will retain my back boxes as I love them, but will bolt from the turbos to my back boxes (TWIN EXIT). Any ideas?? I would love the GD manifolds and downpipes, they look awesome. I had a really good chat with Smithy Yesterday and he says the are the dogs......its a lot of money but can I bolt bigger turbos to them when the time comes as I dont think I'll reach the power I want with the turbos I currently have?? So many questions...I need to get my ass to a meet and talk some talk with people who know the know... :)

I always wondered what was a good price for these? There always for sale on Ebay like Andy said. I have bidded but wasnt sure what to go to....

Hi Matt, I think your right, I will have to install 98 first onto the disk and I believe you can run the 98 setup files from DOS, so all is good there. BUT I need to make the hard disk bootable as the laptop has no cd/floppy drives. How can I achieve this?? I do have a HOTDRIVE, like you say, a little USB caddy for 2.5" drives but how can I make the laptop drive bootablewhilst it is in the caddy connected to my PC?? Hi Steve, Thanks very much for the offer matey but I already have a USB drive. The portege I am trying to confiugure does have USB port but the BIOS is so old it wont boot from it?!? The portege is a 7020CT came with its own floppy drive and a special Toshiba connection but this laptop I am working on doesnt have one so I am trying to find a workaround. But thanks again mate..... Yeah I thought about that too Mike but with DOS 7.1 (XP) you dont get the /s switch, thats why I need 6.2. I will try that disk I downloaded from bootdisk.com....

Guys this would work fine but the laptop has no CD-Rom drive or 3 1/2 drive.... See my problem... Bloody Portege's........... I tried to be clever by putting the hard disk into another laptop and then installing XP. Then, putting the hard disk back into the laptop! no no!!! This used to work with 98se, but with XP it just Blue Screens.....

Hello mate, Well here's the problem. I have an Intelligent 512mb Stick that I formatted but only a quick format, theres data on there that almost my life depends on?? Dont ask how I did it, a mistake when doing a fresh install of XP, I left it in the USB port!!! :headvswal :nelson: :mac1: :wack: :x: :mad: :( Any ideas? PS. Youd be a life saver if it works!!!

All IT guys, I just need a laptop to boot into a command prompt. I know I need a command.com file but what should it contain and where can I get one? I have two partitions on the drive: C: D: and the XP setup files are on D: so I just need the laptop to boot into C: and then I can explore to the D: and run the setup file. Any ideas?
