Again mate, I undersand. Used to be in the same boat, now, I have 2 cars, I drive a primera diesel every day!! Now that took alot of getting used to having only driven sports cars...!!! I dont trust the zed enough to be my firyst car....

Nick I can empathise completely mate. Been there, still riding the grief now. In 2 1/2 years of ownership, I have driven about 2000 miles in her. She has cost me over £20K in repairs and mods. She has been on the road about 5 months in total out of 30, the rest of the time she has been in garages. I am just coming out of the latest stint of her being off the road for 8 months :nono: and shes just about ready!! :nana2: It is a real test of your devotion to the zed......if you like the car that much, you'll stick with it..... :smash: Best of luck....

You both have mine and Sam's condolences. In a similiar story, I never made it to my father after his 3rd heart attack in 2 days, a few years back. Stuck on the M1 in traffic heading to Leicester. I bought from Courtsey Nissan, Texas, front upper and lower adjustable arms. Just fitted them so now the cars gotta be 4-wheel aligned. I fitted these cus I kept wearing out front tyres. Koni TA's and 18's will do that though for ya! ;)

No mate, I couldnt find a write-up on it as far as I remember. I do remember however seeing some instructions but I couldnt make head nor tail of them so I diddnt bother. But I guess now I have a better knowledge of the plenum setup it might make sense? Can you shed any light on the bypass?

Me and Spinksy finally got my plenum built back up this weekend for the first time. That's sure as hell gonna make it easier when I start the engine work and need to take it to bits again! It's just finding the time, I only ever get the weekends to work on it and then thats rushed! :(

Neons, hmmm, on the right car I think cool, but the car has to be really sh1t hot, ie, a done up zed! : I hate seeing standad cars with neons, its like...you kkkkknob!!!! :D

lol, nightmare, its bad enough having to do i once although I suppose the benefit is, if you ever need to take it apart again (Heaven forbid!) then you should have a better understanding of how it all goes back together. I had only ever done mine once so it was tricky putting i all back together. Its amazing how most screws fit into most holes!! :D
