i think i had said its very rare all that happens!! Just dont go rediculously light and you wont have any problems! As its Rotational weight any reduction will result in a far more responsive engine which is a big + so as your clutch is out i would DEFINATLY recommend putting in a lightened flywheel!Just get one professionally done, don't get the RPS one as its a major RIP OFF!!! (Custom ones can be done far cheaper)

Well 3.5-4.5kgs is very light indeed... but perhaps TOO LIGHT! If its too light it wont hold any energy when clutching about so you will stall or jump all the time (pain in Traffic) also if too light and spinning at high revs it can get thrown out go through the floor and chop your leg off (Very rare this but has happened) They are very good as this will mean faster acceleration and Higher power outputs (although wont come up on a Dyno) Best get a custom one done as will be far cheaper (guy on another forum can do flyhweels for around £250)than say an RPS one at £450. All you need is to give them a Stock flywheel then they replicate it, and shave the weight off it while keeping it balanced! RPS ones are around 7kgs and stock is 12kgs (IIRC) i would say around 5-6kgs will be safe but some do have them as light at 3.5-4.5kgs! So all in all... YES great idea if your changing clutch :D

Stock will be fine for power but if you want a new one as Stated Walbro will be your best bet! EBAY LINK That will be fine :)

Get the subframes that match your seats then you can fabricate them as necessary to bolt into existing Zed slots in the floor! Will be doing mine on Thursday if my new seats are delivered RAWR!!!

So the new owner will thus realise that it is all show and no go then XD I would love to see the true dyno result of that thing if it ever gets finished

i also watched the second film on Friday and the only word to describe it is... EPIC!!! Truley awesome film if your a fan or not!Amazing CGI (Although near the end they cut loads of corners and using additional motion blur and ''bad' camera angels tried to hide them) Story line was abit 'meh' nothing special but at the end of it i think we all wanted to see huge robots beat the crap out of each other!
