Hi Paul, that's not good. Both my sister and borther in law are rozzers (that's why I haven't seen them for 6 months LOL). To be on the safe side, tell them the engine was still running. this way it's not classed as parking, it's classed as waiting. Which on a double yellow you are allowd up to 5 minutes waiting. It may sound strange but I got a couple of these from homebase, which wrok fine. But as Chris says, Halfords also sell them. Maybe worth taking the bulb out and taking it with you to the shop as the Halfords look up books are usually a little out.

I don't think quick_60 know's much about his car (if it is his car) for someone who has spent alot of money on it. He says "the seat belt (which is attached 2 the door pillars on all 300zx's)" is incorrect. it's only on the UK spec models on the pillar. On Jap specs its on the door itself. Maybe it's daddy's car ROFL. :D I don;t think a 17 year old would be able to get insurance under £5000 for a 550BHP Zed. Is he dealing ?.

I was speaking to Jeff about this the other day who said that Green stuf would last about 3 months on average and even less on vented discs. So I decided to stick with brembo and kavlar.

To be honest, you will get a 50 / 50 split with that question and probably cause a fight at the same time. The Auto v Manual war has been going on longer in this forum than the question which came first, the chicken or the egg ? Well it you have problems with a manul it will be the clutch, it you have problems with an auto it will be the entire trans. Clutch is cheaper. I have driven an auto for almost 10 years now. I recently switched over to a manual. Auto's are good in the traffic but you can't beat a manual around the country lanes. IMO :D Also I'd go for a silver colour if you can :D .

May be a stupid question but why do you need back ones. You can't even fit a gnat's dick between the front and back seats, unless the driver and passenger are both very small.

My Clutch is the nuts. I would reccomend a group buy on Stillen Stage 2's. Don't even need to upgrade the flywheel.

I have also been looking for locking wheel nuts. I checked Halfords but the only do their own make which come with bright yellow caps and there is no way I'm having them on my wheels even if they are only stock 16"ers. Elites on the A13 is the best bet if you are not too far from them.

My first bike was a blade, then I went down to a ZX6R then to a fazer, then my last bike before the big accident of 97 was an ER5. Work that one out :confused:

I had a the same sort of thing with old insurance comapny (no names mentioned). I paid on my Credit card for the first year, then I changed insurnace companies on the second year. A few weeks after I changed insurance companies I had a letter from them saying that my credit card details where not correct and therefore my insurance had been cancelled. It's just as well I no longer owned the credit card I first paid with otherwise I would have beeen insured with 2 companies.
