Paul, Jus out of interest in case mine breaks. How do you get the flap open or were you talking about the boot ?

Nope still nothing. I even tried shutting down my firewall. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me ?

I have a problem with my fuel flap, but boot if fine. It takes me about 3 or 4 attempts to open it. I'm going to have to get out there and grease that baby up !!

I have always liked the GTO's, was drawn between that, my Z and a supra. Really didn't know what to buy, my mate in the AA was telling me to get a supra. My dad was saying GTO, but I've always wanted a 300 so I guess my decision was final. But one thing is for sure, I don't regret choosing my Z over the other two for one second.

Yeah, only cost about £20 and can do it yourself in about 5 mins.

I got a 1 meg connection on Cable, what I mean is the page can not be found.

:D . John-boy , Just read my previous post to you, Sorry if it sounded a little rude. I didn't mean any offense ;) . I guess we can assume that we have at least a 10% - 15%speedo error at that speed, so maybe it was only 160 or even 153 which sounds more realistic.

Have you still got stock wheels ? When I had a limiter on my car (112mph) I could get to 110mph in 4th and then it would jump and no more power. But in 5th I could get to 120mph, then the jump and no more power. Very strange.

Is it true that Turbo honk can only be cured by dump valves. If so, That means we change goose honk for snake hiss. My names not Noah, get the dam animal noises out of my car :D .

heheheeh :D very funny. I think most of our Zed's let in water from the T bar's at one point or another. The first thing I would reccomend is that you check the door is aligned correctly, I have a little bit of damage under the front wing, can only be seen from under the car, but it has misaligned the driver door by milimeters, which in turn lets maybe a coupl eof drips an hour in through the top of the window in vey heavy rain. The noise ?. What rpms and psi turbo pressure does this occur at ?

Well the thing is that it's not my Laptop. I hate the dam things, they are too small !!!!. I borrowed it off a mate who works for the Fords design team. There is an interesting model coming out early next year (the new ford hot hatch) but I'm not allowd to say anymore . :mad: . Anyway I guess I'll just have to ask around my mates to see who has one or wait until the next meeting where if I ask nicley ....:D Thanks for all those who posted to try and help. Hi All, Thanks for your replies, Just got back from PC world. I had to buy a serial to USB adapter as I didn;t have a serial or a parallel port. All I had was a monitor connection, printer connection and a USB port. After buying it, connecting it all up and installing the drivers the dam thing still can;t read from my TC unit. Anyone have any ideas ? Stuart (Wigan), did you manage to get connection ?. I'm trying to use the Racelogic window software that you send me - rather than the DOS version that comes with the unit. I may just have to do it the old fashion way use the accelerator pedal and the green LED :o
