I know the half way house. The car park is very big. I'm up for this one but lets have a Lakeside one as well. Maybe a month after. I'm sure the'll be some that can make it and some that can;t. If you A drive has stopped working it sounds like the plug any jumper settings are conflicting with your Floppy drive. Go to control pannel or right and select system. You should notice a yellow symbol next to your hard drive and plug and play devices. You need to sort these conflicts out. In order for it to work.

I managed to do that on the way home from football training tonight. It was also a controlled sideways slide. I must remember to change my Traction Control from 20% to Wet when it's p***ing down with rain. Especially when I just pressed the launch button. :rolleyes:

We have a few Z owners in southend at the moment. John has had a 300zx for a few years now. He maybe able to point out the best places. Although it seems as AndyP has already done this for you. AndyP where in Essex are you located if you don't mind saying ?.

Congratulations Alex. The squeek may be the shock abs. Try pushing down each corner of the car. Find out which one is squeeking and have them checked. Obviously you will have to change them as a pair.

For something that looks that good I was a little disapointed with the performance. This guy and his woman was up my butt for about a half mile on the main Romford road. We both pulled onto the dual carriage way and he took the outside lane. I let him get level before booting it, but he put his foot down and just crept into the lead. I decided to go for it. At about 80 I was pulling some back on him. At 100 we were level again. At 130 I was about half a car in front. He then wussed out and decided to back off.

Not sure why you want a 2 + 0. To be completely honest with you. If you got a 2 + 2, then you still counldn;t fit anyone in the back anyway. Most of us on this forum have the back seat version. I personally prefer the looks of them. Also I'm not sure who told you that the 2 seaters (2 + 0) were quicker. I don't think there is much truth in this, but hey, I could be wrong.

I totally agree with Jeff. I bought my 300zx about 2 months ago. The first thing I had done was 60k service new tyres and brake upgrade. The car is now clean as a whistle so I started work on making it look more pleasing to the eye (interior). Next I'll get a body kit. And only then I'll start looking at upping the BHP. If you have never drove a 300zx before. You won't be upset by the performance of a stock. If you are buying a twin turbo version you'll probably need to take a change of pants with you for the test drive :D . Good luck and welcome to the world of the Zed.

Sorry to hear that Tony. Hopefully you can keep the car within the forum, then later when the money starts to balance out, you could get it back. It's a great looking car, so I doubt you'll have any trouble selling it.
