Revs
I'm looking forward to having a long chat with you on the 26th mate. You seem to have done everything I am about to do, so rather than learn from my mistakes, I can learn from yours (if you made any that is). I'm currently running an idle of 2k at start up then 1K when warm which changes to 1.5k when it feel like.

300zx for sale?
A daily runabout ???????. You'll spend £4k a year on petrol. Most of us use our corsa's or fiesta's for the daily runabout. Suits you sir !!!. Something for the weekend ???

Blow Off Valves
They rapidly relieve the pressure in the turbo's and make a great "Shhhhhhhhhhh" sound. You just saved yourself about £800. If for some reason you want to get rid of these I will gladly swap themover with my standard pipes for you at no chard (i'll even fit them for you ;) ).

New kit from Luke!
Well I don't want to offend anyone but it looks like Veilside decided to make a 300zx space age version of something they originally knocked up for an mr2. I personally think a roof rack and nudge bars would look better than that front bumper. But at the end of the day this is just my personal opinion, so if you disagree than good for you.

I have a felling that the throttle cable is getting caught on something, hence the pedal feeling hard until half way. Maybe worth getting someone to push the pedal while you check the throttle cable under the hood.

Still hesitating !!
The aac value should be cleaned after the TB's as you probably have this full up with debris from the TB's now. Although I don't think this is your problem. The next thing to try would be clean each of the connectors. Start with the injector connectors. These are very fragile so be careful. Some of the contacts may be corroded which may be causing the problem.

Turbo Timers
Well I really should find an instruction booklet for my one. It was on the car when I got it, I seem to be able to set the run on time manually from 1 to 10 minutes or I can let the timer figure out how long it needs to stay on for. I have three settings overall manual, L and H. Not really sure what the difference is between L and H. I imagine that it is Low and High run on time. The longest I have had to wait was 3.5 minutes. The shortest has been about 10 seconds. Anyone know what the L and H settings on a FET Turbo Timer do ?

Anyone Know Anything About TV's
I run my x-box on two Tv's. one's a standard 29" Toshiba where it works fine. The other is a 32" Widescreen Toshiba again no problems what so ever. It's usually the refresh rate of your TV that will cause problems with consoles (especially the newer ones like X-box, gamecube and PS2). You'll probably find that if you tried an old playstation consol you wouldn't have any trouble. Saying this the problem can usually be sorted by using a SCCI cable rather than a normal aerial. You should be able to buy these from most electrical shops. you could also try the X-box forum as I'm sure others have had the same problem.

Turbo Timers
I have a FET turbo timer. I also have a Cat1 and don't have any problems at all. I can not arm the alarm while the engine is running. However I have thought about getting it wired up so that the alarm activates once the engine stops.

Zedworld any good
I have also used Jeff before and have had no problems with his work. He also gave me a lift and picked me up form the train station.

Question
Well Myself I'm a bit of an all rounder. I play football every Monday night. Although I enjoy playing I don't really watch it unless England are playing. But I do agree that pro footballers are a bunch of wussies. I'd like to see them play rugby, there would be running home to their mummy in no time. I'm into Martial arts (been doing it since I was 4 years old) but again, I can't stand watching Karate kumite, It's all points based (sorry had too many bad decisions made against me by Karate ref's in the past).

Alfa
Way to go Harry !!! Whether you should know better or not. Did it make you smile ????. I sometimes feel al ittle guilty for doing things like that, but These people need to be taught that you can't do that to a 300zx, it doesn't mater how fast it's going. I mean would you pick a fight with Royce Gracie (Ultimat fighting champion winner three years in a row) ?. Maybe you would if you didn't know him. But if you did know him you wouldn't bother.

retriming the interior
Yeah the site is down at the moment. Hopefully it will be back up soon. The wire for the door frame needs to be 17amp wire. At that thickness you do not need to glue it in or anything, just use a lollipop or waxing stick to ease it into the small gap, the ends can be held in place with a little super glue. I personally bought 6 x 1 meters of light grey vinyl. But the interior will only need 4 meters. I bought extra to do my rear base boxes and a little extra just in case I screwed it up. I remember seeing an off white like a slightly cream colour, but I know if they don't a colour in stock they can order it for you. It will be about £6 - £7 a meter, so should cost you under £50. The Market is open Wednesday - Friday and Saturday's. There are a few places that sell it in Romford. A few stalls, a shop and a stall in the Rumford mall (nope I haven't mis-spelt Romford it is actually called Rumford mall). I will be re-doing a few of my panels as one has a slight crease and another has bubbled slightly (not enough spray glue  ). Still I was quite good for my first attempt.

New Years Resolutions
1) Need to get back down to 14st 4lbs 2) Spend less time on the net and more time trying to get down to 14st 4lbs 3) Hand over money to GPS, ZCenter and PPS and get a real beasty version of my car in return 4) Quit smoking (haven't had a single puff of anything since Feb 2002, but I still got to be strong)

retriming the interior
That would have been my site. Check the link under Interior. I'll show your the result in the flesh at the Lakeside meet on the 26th. Since you are only round the corner I may be able to give you a little help when you get round to doing it. Site link is below. Been having a few problems with the server recently so it may be a little slow.
