I think clear lacquer would certainly give it that finished look. But it may be worth testing it on a scrap piece of plastic, to see what you think first.

Hi, My traction control seems to be playing up. It decided to misfire now and then but stops when I turn it off. The wheels speeds are all being picked up correctly and it runs fine when it's off so it's not the injectors either. This problem comes and goes, another problem I have with it is that it has decided to set a rev limiter at 4,500 rpm (which is the same setting as my launch control) again this clears when I turn it to the off position. Before I start shouting at racelogic customer services (if there is such a department), I would like to quickly swap it over with someone else's unit that is working. It will only be a quick unplug and swap for 5 mins just to make sure its the box rather than the control unit (i.e. with the dial and launch etc.). So if anyone is near me in the Romford (Essex area) and wouldn't mind sparing 10 mins or so, I would really appreciate it. If not I can always wait until I fit Ajay's for her and borrow her unit :D (she'll never know.... unless she reads this DOH !!! ;) ) Thanks in advance

I like it. But on a serious note, I don't think I could ever put a humour sticker on my car. I know I have 300zx.co.uk plastered all over it (well on three of the windows) but I think that's as far as it goes.

Hi Dino, Where are you located bud ? I'm gonna put the software on my web site tonight/tomorrow (both windows and DOS versions with some guide lines on how to get the best settings for your car). If he lets you, I'd do a compression test.

Barks, Mayber a stupid question, but are you sure that the ticking sound is not just your injectors firing mate ?. 51X, I'll be joining you in the rebuild club very shortly I fear. Hopefully not with the pistons themselves, but maybe with the rings and the valves :(

Sounds like a temp sensor problem. Have you done an ECU diag when you are having the problems ?

I'm on the fence with this one. I like them, but agree with Geoff that the price in relation to change is not a great difference. However is anyone who is upgrading want to sell me their old tail lights, give me a shout. There is something I would like to try :D. Also if anyone has a tail light panel (i.e. the 300zx-logo and reversing lights). I would also be interested in that.

I know that mate, that's why I was wondering if anyone had them flashing white. I fitted Orange bulbs in mine Where did you get your silver ones from ?
