to check for play on the propshaft, jack the car up under the diff so that wheels are off the ground and see if there is any movement on the propshafts. Sometimes it's easier to replace the diff if it is the inner bearings.

Can I just add to this... That's to Peter and Trina for their hospitality over the weekend. And for goin well out of your way to make our stay in Sunderland a good one :D. We both had a great time, I know I eat far too much, but thouroughly enjoyed myself and I know Cerina did too. I'm still laughing at the trick with one of your cats I think his name was "little shit" and the dog. I think the trick was called "dog eat cat head", but that's a different story :rofl:. Can you give a shout to Mickey for me as well and pass on my appreciation, I did feel a little bit guilty when he came in on his day off to play around with his car and ended up polishing both cars while we buggered off to Sunday lunch :eek:. Tooley, Cerina only wanted 1 sub. Mark, we will be at the essex meet on the 18th April, The side skirts, fornt bumper, rear valance and quad lights were the only things that got blown ;), everything else on the car was in top nick anyway.

it's fairly ewasy to get to, remove the door card and should see it.

It's only a 15 - 30 mins session mate, I think it will get more interest than the whole track day thing, purley for the fact that after 15 mins you shouldn't need new pads, discs, tyres etc. But it gives you a good feel for the track. This way it's like a sample session ;)

I need to get some numbers. How many of you would like to do a 300zx 15 min track event at Trax this year ? Harve did one last year and was over the moon with it. But if we can get enough people interested I should be able to persuade Trax to do a 300zx only event and hopefully for the money (about £45) we may be able to get a little longer. So would you be interested ?

I'll have a word with the Trax organiser and set up a new thead.

I'd personally go with our technical "experts" if PaulC or Duffer say it's so then it's usually right !!! (apart from if they are talking about non car related stuff, then they could be deemed to be talking out of thier butt hole :D :rofl: ) but when they are talking about cars, I don't argue, I do as I'm told lmao !!!
