I know a fella with one, the quattro model he seems happy with it. Although he did have it remapped and it subsequently required a new clutch. Its done 120k or something so not so bad, but your seemingly cheap remap @ £200 or whatever is suddenly alot different when it needs a £500 clutch!

Series 2 manual UK TT, for that little money it looks alrite! It wants a good wash and a new front bumper as you say but apart from tht it doesnt look bad at all. Seats look in reasonable condition and the bodywork looks straight enough! It just looks a bit neglected, no one has been under that bonnet in a while judging by the colour of it all! If I were you the first thing I would do is give it an oil change, especially if its been stood!

All sounds good! Although I wouldnt change the wheels you have, I think they look fantastic and 19's IMHO are just too big! I half think my 18's are on the large side, but then ive never been a fan of the pram look! The purple S reg car is a very lovely thing, I had a quick look at it a few weeks ago and its stunning, expensive but beauty often is!

I got my D2's for 635, they do crop up at reasonable prices from time to time! In the interest of keeping the brake bias in check, what are you going to do about your rear brakes munny?

Problem is its not gone to my "Local depot" which is 5 miles away, its gone back to bloody preston for some reason which is 25 miles away! Of course they only open for about 15 minutes each day so its a bit difficult, ive submitted the details to the post office website so i'll see if they turn up on thursday as they say they will!

Does anyone work for the post office? Got a card through the letter box today for I think two parcels, now the guy thats filled it in has cunningly not said which item number is for which type of packet (as there is a special delviery and a recorded signed for. Both are the asme format, BUT they are slightly different in text and colour. So: ZJ 4969 0366 3GB has a blue half circle bit at the right side of the sticker (I think tahts special delivery as its blue??) CZ 6475 8618 2GB has a black tab at the right side of the sticker which has radius corners but is more rectangular than the other one, think this is signed for. I need to know to fill in the website as ive got one card for two packets but dont know which number is for which packet!... If they would just knock on the door and wait 15 seconds life would be so much easier! Quite a big house and it takes time to get to the front door!

Thats great mate! Its going okay cheers, busy busy, not much time to spend with/on the zed but i do get a drive it most weeks lol. I have a set of discs with the calipers just no pads, but they are on the way. To be honest I'll be doing a trial fitment before then i expect, just take the old caliper of but leave it on its line and go from there. What i really wanted to know was that the braided line would fit, as when im doing this if i disconnect the line from the old caliper i dont really want to have to reconect it because it doesnt fit! mainly because its a waste of time, would rather just get the job done in one hit and also because id have to then rebleed the brakes!

So the stiffer rods damaged the car? LOL Would i be better having the bushes in the old arms rather than the complete new arms.

The front tension rod bushes on my zed are OK at the moment, but getting a little baggy. Its on my to do list shall we say. I believe that you can only buy the entire arm and not the bush from nissan at vast expensive so standard is out of the question. Last time I did this i was lucky to get hold of some tension rods in like new condition with new bushes in allready so never ahd to go aftermarket!

I have some rear R33 GTR Brembos to go on my car, I want to do a double check on fitment issues before attempting this. I believe these do simply bolt on, although I have read that the bolt threads are different so does anyone know if this is true and what bolts I will need? Also the calipers did not come with any brake lines, I have rear braided lines on the car at the moment which go from the car to the standard rear z32 caliper, will these be okay? Or do I need a hybrid line from "nissan to brembo" or what? I have a place that can make me the lines no problem, im just not sure what should be on each end! I've just bought some new pads, and the discs that came with the calipers look in reasonable condition so i'll use those first of all. The last problem I have is that the calipers arrived with the wrong pins, well one caliper has its pair of correct pad pins, but the other has a random pair which are from something else. (I have both retaining springs) I have called up a couple of places and its coming in at £40 or so for the pins which i think is pretty excessive, does anyone have any or know where i might find a more keenly priced pair?

They dont often watch what they are doing at the best of times lol so its totally believable!
