  3. H reg with lambo rear lights on Langdale Road around 4:00 I flashed my lights at you! Nice to see a zed! :)
  4. Red Z31 moving under its own power! Looked like a facelift but I couldnt be sure, probably around 1 ish this afternoon?
  5. I dont think they would let anyone that far gone fly?? :)
  6. Probably Phantom Mush ;) (Phutumsch before he kills me...)
  7. Only 2L drained out?! Where is the rest of it!? :s
  8. All looking good! Real shame I couldnt be there :( Whos is the white LWB with the 99 Front N39 SMY? Particularly fine example!
  9. +1 PCV valves (cheap ish) Turbo Seals (Expensive) :( Weird that the dip stick popped though, i believe that happens due to pressurisation in the sump. Not sure on the specifics but possibly HG failure?
  10. I feel your pain... Really boils my piss on a Saturday, just had one of our customers call, who have basically ruined a laptop by spilling water on it (water leak int he shop my backside) asked if we could come out to it now, which I replied its Saturday and by the time a machine is posted on Monday It will be tuesday before it, and I get there. No apology or gratitude - most places would send them a bill first for their own stupidity and then replace the machine. where as we will actually replace it and then let them pay us when they claim on their insurance. Ungratefull cnuts!
  11. Yeah i've had to work as well :( Really wanted to go!
  12. UK only till 94, US till 96 :) JDM till 00/01 last cars sold Quite a few dodgy cars down there, no doubt the help and advice forum will be awash with "I've bought this, it was a good price BUT"... lol
  13. UK Series 4? I didnt think any S4's made it into the UK... Besides it has an 89 rear spoiler and it does have a boost gauge. Its at the bottom of the speedo... :s
  14. Looks jap to me, no cruise and looks like its got folding mirrorsa also 100,000km... not miles?. Also a rear tailgate skin! (Although I admit its got UK bumpers and UK nose badge/panel) I wouldnt be going for that one!
  15. Despite the awful paint job, and awful bodykit there is a nice car lurking underthere... http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201104378102788/sort/priceasc/usedcars/model/300_zx/make/nissan/page/1/radius/1500/postcode/la29pw?logcode=p 1990 Slicktop TT manual for £3600! Bargain!
  16. Turns out you can use a 406 coupe as a base for the fake 360... Well just a thought about eh 456. As for the original question I would have the CLK55 and keep your 300zx. Problem is with a ferrari of that age, its going to feel every bit its age. Being around 300bhp and nearly 20 years old, thats the same as a standard zed... CLK55 will be both faster than the zed and the 348, be more economical and 100x more reliable than the ferrari (10x more than the zed) and handle better than both of them. Is there a particular reason you want a 348?
  17. People do copes of most ferraris....! 355/360/430 all copied! Or are you meaning the 406 coupe?
  18. Assuming the 348 is somewhere around the 30k mark, could you not look at these instead? I have a huge thing for the 456... :) IMHO a hugely underrated (and so under valued car!) http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201022360455476/sort/priceasc/usedcars/model/456/make/ferrari/page/1/radius/1500/postcode/la29pw?logcode=p
  19. +1 I have a 120bhp varient in my astra, not a bad motor for a diesel! :)
  20. Wish I could come but I have to work, I have two house viewings and go for dinner with my girlfriend and her family because its her grannys birthday.... Do people no realise I have other priorities like talking about zeds and eating food!
  21. French as it is.... Good god thats alot of car for pocket change! http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201105378714259/sort/priceasc/usedcars/price-to/3000/maximum-mileage/up_to_100000_miles/fuel-type/diesel/model/c5/make/citroen/postcode/la29pw/page/3/radius/1500?logcode=p
  22. I've got a Saab 9-5 3.0 v6 diesel for sale for a friend! Quite a few miles on it though, quick and fairly good on fuel. Cheap diesel though... Mondeo St 2.2 diesel are meant to be fairly good! Vectra diesels are good, 1.9cdti motor is fairly flexible. I have the 120bhp version in my astra and its quick, economical and reliable. I doubt you'll get something german that hasnt been to the moon for that kind of budget
  23. There were 4 in my post code... lol One "other" 2 asbos and one vehicle crime. Where im looking at buying a house is 168 :( lol
  24. Ah cool! I suppose they did chrome the standard alloys in the US as well. As for the bets is there a reason for that? Or an option for the larger gentleman? hehe
