This will def sort the problem, I had "the honk" and noticed it especially after Blitz filter fitted. Now have BOV's and it went immediately. And if you don't like the tsssccchhhhh -then you don't have to drive it in a way that they will make the noise. But at first I was like a kid with a new toy, making people on the pavement jump! My car before the Z was a BMW E36 and had tappet noise on cold start for a few seconds, this I found on a bit of research was normal and nothing to worry about. AUDI's are even worse.

Yeah-its gonna be tricky finding where its coming in as the water sitting near the back seat prob won't be anywhere near where its leaking in-just where its settled. Maybe have a good look for anywhere else thats wet and try and establish the path in? You would've thought targa's or boot lid.

I have a PTU that has Tim's name on it but can send it as long as he sends it on after he's done.

They'd probably put the spark plug in a container and hold the fuel against the engine.

AA ? puh...can do that myself. And I love my Z alot more than the AA man does. but good suggestion if you don't know nuffink about the engine! :p
