For a set of Brembo R33 calipers??? Have EBC redstuff but are there better i could use?

Finally fitted some nice R33 GTR calipers at the weekend!!! Also fitted the steel brake lines to the front but couldn't get the old ones of the back, managed to round off the nuts on both sides!!!!! Firstly what are the best pads to use as i have EBC Red Stuff on at the moment and not sure if these are the best???? Secondly where can i get the hard pipes with new screw, just the part that comes out of the rear calipers?????

Sorry but i don't like the R8...... looks too much like a stretched TT.... The inside has too much aluminium and there's something a little obvious about it. I saw an F40 two nights ago in West London by Gillette corner now that is a very special car.............sounded awesome!!!!!!

Has anyone discovered you can now record Sky remotely from your PC? Very cool just tried it this morning!

Unfortunately i was right done up by some cnut selling some R33 GTR Calipers from the GTR forum..... Completely my fault as i jumped at these and paid him into his account the sum of £350 finest pounds..........;o( Only after i became suspicious i checked out all his numbers and contact details and what a surprise all disconnected or doesn't live at that address. There are now lots of scams been had on the Astra Fiesta Manta Escort 200sx not sure if it's the same team but please do not part with any cash unless your collecting or actually know someone on here......unlike me please check numbers and address details thoroughly first and be aware of any newbie scouting the "wanted section" and offering parts.... The Police and fraud dept at Nat West are aware of this team and the guy that conned me has 4 other people also making complaints to the fuzz. I am pissed off and would love to spend 1/2 hour with him to "catch up and chat" but more importantly lessoned learnt!!!! Please be carefull Cheers Alex

As some of you may know i've lost £350 towards a set of R33 Calipers sold by a chap on the GTR forum. He goes by the name of Nigel Zingler and gives false address details and contact numbers he also uses a hotmail account in the name of TollZingler. The Police in Plymouth are now aware of this and have had a further x4 complaints all relating to the same guy based in Plymouth. If he does appear on here do not give or transfer any money to him....Nat West fraud dept. are also in contact with the Police who will supply any information they need today. However if by chance anyone does get a legitamate address or contact number for him please let me know and i will pass this onto the Police my contact number is 07944045178 Thank you..... Hey Shelton just had a post from someone on the GTR forum who has very kindly checked out his address and guess what two old people living there no sign of him.... The Police are now dealing with this as are Nat West Fraud dept.. When i catch up with him he'll wish i didn't!

Now i'm sure he's trying it on..... Just discovered his home number he gave me was disconnected over a year ago. Also the address he gave me was in Milehouse not Manadon as he told me........ Therefore i've parted with £350 he's given me a falso mobile and home number and home address.....and i know i should have checked him out properly first i am so ***ked off about this, and i'm sure i won't recieve any goods......i've told Nat West Fraud dept and also told the Police in Plymouth......Shelton if you fancy checking out the address later and you've time feel free to let me know my mobile is 07944045178. There's a guy on the GTR forum who you might want to be aware of....... I bought some R33 Calipers and Discs of him and transferred the money last Wednesday he told me he'd check the money in his bank Thursday lunch time.....i heard nothing but an "i'll be in town in 5 minutes to check and call you" until last thing Friday when he apologised as he was busy and will send out the discs Monday gave me his address and contact number. I now discover i can't reach his mobile (he says the signals bad) he gave me another landline number (doesn't recieve incoming calls) and tells me he'll let me know re the postage tonight!!!! WTF He then gives me what he calls is his work number (Orange call centre) which of course is just a general number and impossible to find him there. Also tells me he only works there Saturdays?????? Getting really ****ing annoyed now and have a chap on the GTR Forum who will very kindly check out his home address tomorrow evening...........he's called Trustyskyline....!

It's true silver Zeds are slow probably ue to the fact there is a high metal content in the paint and as we all know more weight=slower. As we also know black absorbs heat which also causes expansion when in sunlight, expansion therefore causes the surface area to increase which would also make a negative effect on the streamlining of the car which means heatxexpansion=larger surface area increasing drag which = slower car. White is just dull........

Still no mention of B&Q though!!!!!!!!!!!! Hey Mark, it's because my car is red which as we all know is a faster colour ;o) By the way Si nice car but i see the spoiler is doing it's job well ;o)

If anyone's interested i've found a novel way of creating these very cheaply. I went to B&Q and bought two shaving lights (one's with a pull cord and plastic cover). I dismantled my rear lights, using a hair dryer along the edge to soften the seal then prized open one end and took out the orange indicator lenses. I then held them over the plastic and cut out to near size as possible and smoothed of the edges with aluminum sand paper. Then i placed the cut plastic back in the light cluster and used Araldite glue in about x4 places to secure them tight. Then i put everything back together first heating the seals with a hairdryer again to soften the sealant and hey presto 99 spec rear lights for £20 a side!! I'll get some photo's in the next day or so....;o)
