Hey Andy Yep i've done it. There is only one light in each of the reverse lights. Your best bet is to take the internal reflector out of a fog light and make it fit with a red bulb into the top light of one of the reverse lights. Then fit an additional switch to one of the dash switches probably the right would be best.I'll get you a picture in the new year. Don't forget to put in a fuse in line otherwise if there's a problem you'll melt the wire.

I noticed last night the power steering didn't seem as easy as it normally does,wasn't the air in the tyres and it looked like there was enough fluid in the reservoir although can someone tell me how high the level should be?

Has anyone tried re-paring their rear defroster with metallic paint????????

On the subject of de catting has anyone tried it for a non turbo? Would that make a difference? Also is it easy to just remove the cats or does a section need to be taken out then replaced??????

Transmission fluid is worth changing,i used to have a 928 4.7 litre and on changing the fluid in the transmission the gears changed noticablbly quicker,it's definately worth doing.

I've a non turbo Fairlady but want to make it as fast as possible,i've changed the pipes to Mongoose and about to buy a filter what should i get and what else can i do to make it faster?????? And don't say sell it and buy a TT.............

Could that be the irritating clicking noise i get when i release the clutch???? Sometimes it's there sometimes it's not?

Just so i don't get a shock i've done 50k now and hear a very slight wuuuring when i'm out of gear and let the clutch out,it goes when i depress it! First thing is obvious never run out of gear........second how much is a new clutch fitted? Last could the irritating clicking be the clutch springs making a noise,they only seem to start when the car is warm????

Don't worry i had exactly the same thing smell of oil burning a little blue smoke but it dissapears after you give it a good run and a few days!!!
