lastnight - 11pm.... Just got in from the pitch black and cold after wiring the rear LED fog and Reversing light units up at last.... The clear centre section is now backlit white when in reverse and is clearer and brighter than the old bulbs..... They then turn a lovely Bright RED when fog lights are on using LED 385 bulb replacements in the standard reversing bulb holders..... Tomorrow is solder in the connections, the Relay to cut the Fog light power supply when reverse is selected, the fog light switching relay and the RED EL 300zx light up section........:yes: (fell asleep on keyboard and forgot to hit the post button......lol)

I'LL give you £20............. Or £40 for the seats.......... lol

Well they took the glass for finger printing as there was an aftermarket replacement stuck on the oem one..... they might be able to pull prints from the back of the sticky pad?? I was shocked they were up for the test..... lol

Well some scumbag has smashed my driver wing mirror and left their mirror glass everywhere..... Must have been a loud bangs the casing to my drivers mirror is in bits... I know it was a Skoda octavia 97-04 that hit mine from the part number and manufacturer on the rear of the bits they left behind.... So have scene of crime officers coming to get the remains tomorrow. The glass and backing they left has had a replacement mirror glass stuck on to the original part, so maybe finger prints on the sticky pad used to fix it on..... Not much damage, but has annoyed me that they didn't stop and leave me their details......

I know but I am getting old and change is starting to scare me.... Lol I will stay as Veilside as it is where I started and it has always been my forum name... Thanks for the offer....

Foam rubber seals for the rear centre panel please if anyone has a set in good condition as I have misplaced mine, somewhere......

Just a couple of bits done..... No it's not a late April fool joke.....

All I need to do now is connect reversing LED lighting and fit fog light relay, seal up rear light units, pop in red LED bulb replacements...

And OEM horns.... And I need the foam rubber seals that fit on rear middle light unit as I seem to have lost mine somehow.... I also put the rear lights all back to have a look how they look.....

Didn't take too long..... Just need new fog lights now...

Well I started and this happened so far today.... Now it is test fitting the 99 spec.....

One step closer to the Dark Side and that veilside bodykit Si............. lol

Just tell them that there are no 300zx's built after that date......... so it doesn't apply....... They cannot supply an incorrect one! The approval on CAT emissions changed and you can be heavily fined if you fit a non conforming CAT to a car built after that date..... Euro 3, 4 and I think now 5........ As emissions get stricter so does the tolerances / approval on the cats........ I got warned when I was at Euro's to check the year of the car and not to sell a non type approved one for a newer vehicle or there is a heavy fine.......

Do both the wheels have the same offset numbers cast on the back of them?
