Thanks for the advice mate - good help there! I've just got an agreement with the AA and will be a cash-customer tomorrow - woohoo! Now I feel I've got bargaining power! Re the 60k service - if they do it themselves it'll only cost them parts so I might not get much off without the service - but I'll try.
