You will need a sturdy crane, these engines weigh about 600 pounds and will topple most cranes with standard length bottom rails. Good point there m8 but Lee has access to a few larger than normal cranes, I think up to 100 tonners so that shouldnt be an issue. A bit of insider info from me as he is local to me. Just a small point. If you are going to America why not buy the PTU there.....see the link below for Courtesy Nissan where I bought mine a few years ago. Keep your multi meter connected and have someone watch it while you pull at the wiring/connector and get them to shout if the resistance changes significantly and hopefully you will find the fault. Also the resistance being fine doesnt mean the sensor is ok it could still be nachered. Cheers John

Motorpoint in Newmilns Ayrshire will be doing it as I dont have the time to do it, as for price I have a mates rate as I know the owner and he has done one before plus I have fitted the clutch pedal and will strip out the centre console to keep the cost down a bit. Black oil=burnt oil=slipping. Sometimes flushing the oil a few times with automatic transmission fluid can make a short term difference but long term it will fail no doubt. Mine has a nachered 3rd gear, I managed to get a manual car, will be shortly using the manual box to convert mine and have broke the car for spares and got some money back. Another option to look at rather than shelling out a lot either on an overhaul or a 2nd hand box that could fail tomorrow. Plenty options to look at though. Cheers John

8 mpg is probably a good figure. With modern diesel engines in comercials they are designed to be more efficient exhaust wise and not more efficient in relation to mpg. I know from past experience that you can reprogram an Engine ECU from Euro 1 emmisions to Euro 2 and even although the tax is cheaper it will cost you 1 mpg (on the other well known Swedish truck/bus manufacturer). yeah steve thats right m8 but when you add to your favourites list the ip added doesnt go into the full list. As I said above click 'source' then change it to favourites and u should see the metal-headz ip that u added. Hopefully thats whats stopping you see it. I think its team deathmatch but cant say why the sniper servers dont come up. Cheers John

Steve more than likely I am warbling but at the top before u join a game u can click through choices, Favourites is one, I think internet is another. Some of the servers u have added wont list unless its on favourites. But I guess you know that already and was thiunking thats why the servers dont come up and u get that message. Cheers John

Robert I have been in the server more than likely every night (man i need a life) but recently I have been on 'The Old Breed' sniper server for a bit as well for a change. I have only experienced 1 guy with an aimbot on a sniper server and it was a nightmare, he actually emtied the server. See you in my sights lol. Cheers John

When you say you have done a diagnostic and recovered a fault code have you cleared the codes then roadtested/rechecked for codes. Is the same code coming up again? Not being familiar with these boxes there must be a resistance check for the sensor from the ecu as it could be wiring rather than the box that you have changed. I work on Allison/Voith/ZF boxes in buses and they all have different reactions to faults, what I mean by that is that if the fault is current the box might go into a 'get you home' mode thats why u only get 1st and 2nd. Go you not have a manual as it will open up the fault code to tell you what to check. HTH Sorry for warbling. Cheers John

Thats weird Steve I have had no problems adding any IP's. I only normally access servers from my fav's page as the sniper servers dont come up on the main list. I refresh the list then they are all there. LOL at being killed thats the name of the game. Cheers John

Silicone isnt the answer when the gasket is there. I would expect a garage to replace any gaskets required whether they looked ok or not. In some cases I have planned ahead and supplied gaskets/seals etc but for me they are in the wrong. Cheers John

Steve Does winrar not allow you to split the file u want to compress into smaller volumes ie split a file into 4 sections so u can e-mail them in 2 mails for example. Also some yahoo e-mail accounts allow u to mail 20 Mb. Cheers John
