inlet manifold gaskets
Hi waftycranker, Yep the're the ones I am after. The ones which sit on the bottom of the 'V'. So that 6 hours does that include removing cambelt and plenum etc. That seems a bit quick to me! Are you superman in disguise? How much did you want posted as I am no where near Manchester. Thanks.

inlet manifold gaskets
Anyone know where I can get the two inlet manifold gaskets from by the weekend if possible cheaper than Nissan dealer as they want £60 each plus the VAT. I did say I wanted the gaskets and not the whole manifold but the price was still the same.

ZTOYZ.net looking for UK auth. dealer
Steve, I'm the customer that is still waiting for the lost bits. :( Before you start selling them over here you really need to check the few minor differences that I had trouble with. I will email the ones I noticed if you like.;) I have to admit the quality of the work is superb and you do respond to my emails but I just hope you have sorted the delivery times out as I ordered mine in December last year and still not got them all yet.

TPS wire
Everyone at some point seems to have trouble with their TPS but mine seems to be the wires as they must be broken where it bend back on itself. Can you buy this part, as my local Nissan dealer seem to think they cant get it and it's part of the loom. I thought it was a wire about 6" long but not to sure now.

Advice on run-in
Don't know about the questions you asked but you should use a lower grade oil than normal as fully synthetic is too good and it will take longer to run in. I didn;t realise this when did mine and don't think it ever ran in properly.

detonation and boost
Why do the gauges run from -14 to +14? Not from 0 to 14?
-
detonation and boost
think my brain had a relapse there for moment. Still think it has leak somewhere as it shouldn't be idling with any boost.
-
detonation and boost
Sounds just like a boost leak to me. 10 psi means it's only in safety boost, but must be quite large if you still have detonation at that level.
-
detonation and boost
Is it jap or uk? Does the boost gauge go from 0 to 14psi or -7 to +7?

whatcha got???
Get rid o them cats! What's the point in get an exhaust which does away with all the restrictors and leaving one big one right at the front? Mine has a bit of smoke only the first time it is booted every day but then the pipe is cleared and fine. I have Blitz exhaust but only has 1 drain pipe each side. Alot of people on here go for the Mongoose for the same reasons as you.

exhaust heatshield
Oh. Mine might be different then as it is SWB. Just thinking. You sure your not talking about a mounting bracket hich justs holds the exhaust up. If you are mine did have these but don't need them.

exhaust heatshield
I thought the o2 sensors where on the manifold. The cat sensors are on the pipe.
