I have driven a Ferrari 355 and hated the noise. Too screamy for my tastes. TVR Tuscan S was deffo better for me. Top noise. Twitchy back end. And did 175 mph in the beast. TVR Griffith wasn't too bad. It was a race ready one. Just felt a bit soft on the track? Bit heavy? Top sound though the rear brakes have a tendancy to lock up early :shock:

Gotta be Rover V8 - if only for the sound alone! :rolleyes:

So what it's saying is that when doing the boost test you can only pressurise the system to 5psi? Even though the stock system is 9psi? Ivan :confused:

Just bought the coil pack and injector connector kits from courtesy. I have looked at these kits and looked at the car and cant see where the connectors at the end of the looms are? Also I have the temp sensor loom and need some advise on this as well please. How do I go about fitting these? I hope these will cure my cars missfire on tick over. :rolleyes: Ivan

My needle deffo don't go up as far now which is top. Didn't notice as much dirt as on yours. But then mine is black...... Ivan

Try the temp sensor connector first. Could be the fan on?

Have you checked the temp sender connector? If not it's the yellow one and the black one next to it on the front of the engine. Disconnect these and check for corrosion and then re-connect and all may be well. I did this when mine was going up and down and it worked perfectly. Ivan

Whilst £9200 is a lot it is an original (very) late UK spec car that looks like it's brand new. Lower front spoiler looks in good nick. Still has original mats fitted. Just looks pristine. If it was a manual it would certainly be worth that money but as an auto I'd have said about £1000 lower IMHO. Ivan

Yeah I'm going on Wedensday. Sat in a 350Z that was at the Melton show today. Looked much smaller in all dimensions than the 300zx? Maybe it was the colour? Maybe it is smaller. I thought the centre console/radio housing was a little upright compared to the 300 but certainly a future ownership prospect....... Just don't tell the missus :bow: Ivan

Trouble is both them petrol stations are the only ones within a 20 mile radius of here that sell super unleaded! So I'm stuffed! To get anything else suitable for the zed means a 15 mile detour past the missuses house (already 27 miles away). Monopoly? I think so!
