  1. Good idea but the three switches are different shapes so the front fog switch (at the bottom) wont fit into the centre position. I could try to use the 'blank' in the centre position to replace the top of a front fog switch but I would need a pod to experiment. Has anyone a pod that would be suitable for me to play with? Dave
  2. Is it possible to obtain a switch to go between the front fog and rear demister switches on the lights pod. I think it normally has the cruise control there but my Z doesn't use it. I want to use the switch for rear fog lights I am fitting. Can anyone help? Dave
  3. Don't you mean "LIFES TWO SHORT"?
  4. Where the hell is everyone, this forum was alive until 8 o'clock now it's as dead as a door nail. Dave

  7. I choked on my cell phone because I'm cool!
  8. What time ferry are you planning to catch (there and back) as I assume this is to be a convoy. It sounds fun, I might come down from Swindon if it's not too early a start (and if you can put up with an old fat and wrinkly member). Dave

  13. I have just started a thread for group-buy indiglo's but I don't know how to add five photos from my hard disc. I've looked at faq's and all I can find is:- "To attach a file to a new post, simply click the [browse] button at the bottom of the post composition page, and locate the file that you want to attach from your local hard drive." I have looked and searched but I can't see a 'browse' button anywhere on the edit screen. Can anybody help me please! Dave
  14. There's no disputing he's a fine driver but he only won cleanly when his car was the best, that's not too difficult. When competition came too close he was a nut case and put other drivers lives at risk. Yeah............fine driver but as a man he is an arsehole. Dave
  15. Hi fairladyzgirl - I'm sorry to say that I can't help with the fitting but do you want to join the group for a set with white background anyway? Dave

  18. I sent a pm to MAC 1 yesterday with some questions about group-buys. As soon as I get the replies I will set one up for our indiglo dials group-buy. We still need a set of dials and this is becoming urgent. Can anybody help? Dave
  19. Goodness gracious me - how wierd! I thought I had tried all light combinations but not that one. And you are absolutely correct.....I can't wait for it to get dark to test their effectiveness. Many thanks, both ianl and scrawni........how would I manage without this site? Dave
  20. Thanks so much, Jack - you guys on this site are really great :smash: . Until I can get these wretched leads off and check whether my problem IS low pressure or not I can't move forward. I will certainly come back to you if I don't find the cause soon, if you don't mind. Dave
  21. Hi Paul - I've looked again and think you're right, good job I didn't try to loosed the nut....goodness knows what might have happened. I have tried and tried to remove the two lead connector from the end of the sensor but it is not rubber which should pull off reasonably easily, it seems to be a small plastic connector that is held in place by a 'tooth' that has to be depressed (like me) before the connector will come out. Because of the small size and the access difficulty (through the front bumper) my fingers just cannot depress the tooth and pull the connector at the same time. I will have to find some way of succeeding and, when (if) I do succeed, I will come back and let you know if bridging the two leads identifies the problem or not. I am tempted to assume that my problem IS caused by low pressure and have it re-gassed but I am reluctant to pay the £90 to have it done only to find out it is some other cause altogether. Please wish me luck. - Dave
