Hey Steve, can't we get Nissan to give us some support at this Silverstone event? Surely they could at least pay the clubs involved some sponsorship money or even some goodie bags for those participating. After all, the Nissan name will be getting a lot of publicity out of this. Dave

I don't know whether you are serious or not but I'm planning to buy a few of these models in different colours (Black/Silvergrey/white/red) from the States in the next few days. http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r205/over_the_limit/YYYYY.jpg They look beautifully finished and are 1/24 scale diecast models about 20cms long. There were some 1/18 scale ones on the Oz eBay a few months ago. I emailed the seller for quantity discount (club gb!) but he wanted £50 each so I didn't follow up. They were only swb anyway and I wanted 2x2.

What really gets to me is the taxes go up and the services go down - where the hell is all the money going? We waste Billions on civil service computer systems that then have to be scrapped because they're crap, more Billions on Millenium 'celebrations' like the Dome which are then white elephants, Billions more on 2012 Olympics (more profits for the boys), then have to tell Magistrates not to send any more criminals to prison because they're getting crowded. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr IT DRIVES ME MAD!!! (I must go for a burnup in my Zed to cool down - see you later)

Just wondering how many over 60's like me are members. The Z32's have great appeal to all ages but to us wrinklies it brings a breath of fresh air to our, perhaps otherwise sedate, lives. I know you are only as old as you feel and my Zed certainly makes me feel a couple of decades younger. I'm not a speed merchant, I'll leave that to the younger members, but a spin along winding country roads with the roof off or a quick burnup on a dual carriageway, is a truly exhilarating experience that helps blow the cobwebs away. I've owned many cars over the years, and driven many more, but the Z32 must rank as one of the most enjoyable I have encountered so far. What's the views of our other 'elderly' members. I'm not saying I never exceed the limit. Like most of us I always try to drive at a SAFE speed which is often more than the speed limit but when I am CAUGHT doing it I don't try and wriggle out of my punishment - I have a bit of a moan but put my hands up and say "fair cop" and accept the points and the fine. I don't understand why Billynomates is becoming abusive and personal, I am only stating my opinion as we are all entitled to do, I'm sure he and his wife are lovely people, I just don't agree with their views on this occasion.

If he is nearly doubling his money on every parcel, and you are thinking of cancelling his agent account because he is charging well under ParcelForce's minimum pricing structure, it just proves what a massive profit ParcelForce are making on their direct customers like me! Glad you found your phone Greg. I've lost my mobiles four times since I started using them about 12 years ago, one time in portugal in a hire car carpark. I've been really lucky and had them back all four times, the three times in the U.K. by actually phoning the mobile and arranging with the person who answered it to get it back to me.
