  1. Its the top bracket on the column. There are two 12mm nuts holding two big metal spacer things onto the top braket of the column. Mine is doing the same at the moment, i tighten it up but then it seems to come loose again? It probably should fail the mot but you can get to the nuts / braket by taking off the bit of trim under the clocks etc someone must have a solution for this?
  2. I have used a nissan one, blueprint one and just bought a fram one which is going on tomorrow
  3. Slick pete and me were following one like that into Silverstone last year. It was an awsome looking car, clutch didnt look easy at 10mph tho!
  4. Arr gutted Keith, that was going to be a monster of a zed. All that plenium work too! I'm sure when you have thought about it again you could rebuild the chevy?

  16. I didnt have any problems after i changed mine. I sucked all the fluid that I could with a syringe and then pulled the pot off. You might find it hard to get the larger pipes off it as they can be very tight but keep at it. I then put the chrome one on and topped it up. No problems.

  22. Depends on your ncd. You will loose 2 years for any claim you make or is made against you. Even if its protected your ins will still go up if you claim. Much better to settle between yourselves if you can
  23. Ta, she is one of the best zeds around, just needs some paint fade sorting and a retrim to make it perfect, some big brakes would finish it off nicely. Engine is all new and forged, 360 degree bearing tubs, intercoolers the lot
  24. My personal circumstances have changed and I need to sell the Z  I'm going to loose out big time in doing this but I dont really have any other options at the moment. I'll be looking for the same kind of money as Crotchrocket, will start advertising later tonight. Full spec is in my rides for those who dont know my car.
  25. mm I'm going to try reseating my ecu plug as I'm having the same issue
