  7. Ok,i have done around 100 miles today(visiting another z owner).Z seemed a bit slugish for around the first 50 miles, then improved alot,on way home it went realy realy well, will say one thing, the roar from the induction when opening it up was superb, worth the extra cost for that alone, and what a great day for it,dry, sunny, not much traffic, total heaven, talk about enjoyment, what price could you put on that especially out in the z!:D :D ;)
  8. LOL,:D I love this site, never fails to give me a good chuckle!
  9. Hang on in there mate,if i remember rightly, met you at Jeffs(aerial trouble?)think you said you not had it long, prob seems a bit unreliable, but just normal wear n tear on things that eventually need doing,Jeff will get you back on the road, while its there get him to do complete check on everything possible that may need sorting in near future, while its with him you might as well do anything else that needs attention ,sooner or later, then hopefully no more hassle, hope it all goes ok,;) ps,make sure you take a coat and some form of hat to Jeffs, you know it makes sense!LOL,:D

Funny, have had a few conversations lately about owners and thier z's,does seem that it dont matter how many you have at a meet or whatever, they all seem different, individual like the owners, there is allways something that they have done,no matter how small ,to make the z different to the one next door so to speak, one of the reasons i love em so much, you just dont seem to get that with other cars on the whole, maybe its down to them being so rare!:D
  11. Thanks, will not be too stressed if things get a bit choppy then!,will be out n about today so we'll see;)

Good question!,not having turbos N/As have two less items to worry about, plus they will not get so hot under bonnet as a TT, TTs require(seems common rule)very regular oil changes, around 3000miles,both extremely well made and over enginerred, capable of heavy mods;)
