  1. Anyone know, how/best to calculate the so called "Stage" figures for mods,does this just include egine mods etc like,injectors,turbos,ecu etc,cheers, A pic of The Beast in new surroundings!;)
  2. Some nice pics in Fast Car this month of a couple of 350z with body kits,must say look the tits,theres allso a nice pic of a red 300 zed that at first glance looks like Macs zed but its not,anyone on here,very nice must admit!:D

  5. Easiest way,when you on reply page,go to Attachfile,click on Browse,find the pic you want on pc,click on it,puts it in Attachfile space,hit reply,job done i hope!;)

    Good point Bilky,had a few probs with Halfords a few tears back,just becouse they say there AA aproved,and there service centres AA approved,dos'nt mean the people there are!,took a 24v cosworth in for oil change and plugs once having no time to do it myself,put on a filter for a 2ltr,and plugs for 2ltr,(plugs near on melted,and at £8000 to replace an engine if it goes tits up i went ape,front of desk manager said,"well the lad that did it was a trainee"not the lads fault,but his work should of been checked,very sloppy,needles to say they aint never touching anything again,:(

    Yes there the same,just make sure they give you correct ones,ie for a Z32,some of them that work there are,well,you know what i mean;)

Pete,the water in boot is caused when you lift up rear when its been raining,never goes down the channels properly,cant handle to much rain water flooding off the bootlid,it does not actually leak water in when its shut,you,ll get used to it,its a right pain,glad to see you enjoying it,and i told you you would become a frequent visitor to ESSO,ha,ha,by the way if you want to have a run out and get some Optimax at the same time theres a Shell garage in Dunchurch only 10 mins away,usedto go there about once a week to fill up if i had the cash,i will pop round soon anyway,maybe this weekend,cheers ,Tony;)

  15. Checked it out,(not personaly)101,000miles,no history,but has reciepts for work done as detailed in add, inc cam belt,no dents or sratches,paint on rear spoiler slightly bubbled just above high level brake light,rear tyres replaced december,fronts in september,thats it:p
  16. mmmmmmmmmmm,did they skim or replace with new heads when doing gaskets,or neither,could of had real serious over heat probs,if its new turbos while engine was out did they replace all the belts and other bits,mmmmmmmmmmmm:confused:

Maybe i was unlucky,but twice bitten never again,i had a 325i with a few mods,for ever going wrong,then next i got a 525i with a 2.8ltr M Power engine ,that was even worse,for ever down at the local BMW service centre,in the end the cost was unbearable,maybe i was unlucky but put me off permenatly.:(

  19. Good luck,at least a beemers better than this awfull susuki jeep i am running around in,about ten times more lethal than a zed ever could be,but it does do 50mpg!All the best;)
  20. smw1,i take it you mean the speed converter and not the speed sensor!:p
  21. Jeff at Zedworld did mine in less than 20 mins,probabaly done so many he's got it down to fine art,he showed me the state of it when he took it off,the small crown wheel on sensor was well worn,only made of plastic no wonder they wear out!

  24. If my memory serves me right it fits into side of gearbox,about 3-4inches long 1inch diameter,tube like,!:confused:
