Bloody hell Jaffa must of been worse than last months outing, not known it to be that slippy this time of year, was well crap last time, maybe we should try Shakespear County Raceway for a change, allways a good surface, think theres a jap meet/rwyb soon too, will check,. Not happy with your gearbox Pete :( what time did you get. Tony :)

  21. mmmmmm, well i had same set up on my old Z,soon as i fitted then it was apparent there was a problem somewhere, had exactly same syptoms as you Jaffa, turnd out it was the lower suspension arm bush, the big one,and you cant replace just the bush, had to get new nearside arm assembly, from Mr F,and its not cheap :( ,but sorted it all out i can tell you, plus dont forget to get it tracked up when done,Tony. PS,PITA to split the ball joint too

Looks like i will have to miss this,my daughter has now got her dance exams on sunday,if its early in the day i may be able to get there for 12ish,any later and i wont bother,to much of a rush,oh well  Tony
  23. It can be a pain to find, but would say at this stage its a very small leak, but will get worse, trust me!,take off centre cover(over throttle/cruise pullys)at rear will see fuel lines running from fuel regulator(looks same as object on the left but thats the fuel damper)start it up and check out these pipes, get your fingers under neath the clips etc, look for damp/wet etc, check all the way from the fuel filter, you will see in pic that i have sorted mine with Smithy's braided fuel line kit, highly recomended mate, and easy to fit,i have had 4 Zs and have had leaks from 3,one was real bad, flooding out near regulator, and i had one where the fuel regulator itself went bad with a leak, very rare tho that one,you may not find the leak straight off but stay with it,its there somewhere, good luck ,Tony
  24. Stunning, near perfection  when you look at some of the £100,000 cack on offer from manufacturers these days a Z still blows em away :) Tony
  25. Can you post a pic of them, just wonderd if maybe its very light weld spatter got on them and rusting up,Tony
