Nice to meet new and old members etc,was the coldest day me and Jamie have ever had at Santa Pod,and i have no heater,truly wicked weather,though i thought the day went well considering,my amazing times of 15.6 and15.4 will i believe be broken later in the year :rofl: ,never been so slow :D ,my battle with an Audi Quattro TT was truly an awsome epic,he totaly blew me away first 1/8th,then when i finaly found some grip in 3rd i managed to pass him and cross line over a car lengths ahead,as Chris said afterwards"like some thing outa Back 2 the Future,you were nowhere then woooosh,past him",amazing 3rd gear grunt ;) ,cant wait to see how it goes with traction off the start back,anyways hers some pics. OK,go to start,programs,open up X Video Converter,click on ADD TASK,select ALL TO MPEG1/2,click NEXT,then click ADD FILE,a box will open so you can locate the film file,find the file,click on it then click OPEN in the bottom right hand of box/window,you will then see that the file is in Top line on X Video,click DONE at bottom,you will then see its WAITING,then click on START,it will then convert file for you,you will see on time line/bar the progress,hope this ok for you,Tony :)

I know mate,sympathise,amount of meets events that i went to last year ,only for it to rain,best day was Castle Combe Jap Fest,me and Donna got wind burn very bad,looked like a pair of red beacons,its allways a gamble no matter what time of year,if you decide to go i take me hat off to ya,hope fully it will be ok weather wise. Use X VIDEO CONVERTER do a search on the net,will convert AVI to MPEG and back again,and to ASF,WMV,DVD,VCD,SVCD,Mpeg1,Mpeg2,and vice versa,its the only one i bother using now,two clicks,job done,will allso do batch files. Tony ;)

Would agree on flushing it but using a flushing agent in some peoples eyes is all so risky,personaly i would not use it,my old 24V Cosworth lump did not sound to healthy after i had used some once,doing a couple of oil changes,after off course getting it well hot may be a better idea,just dont want to recomend that any one should use it in case of problems. How long has it been with Slick50 in,of course your problem may not be down to Slick50,but better safe than sorry with this stuff i think,you have nothing to loose by dropping the oil,but i would suggest doing a couple of oil changes within close intervals to make sure you get it all flushed out,may help,hope so. There are or were issues with Slick50 in the US,some time ago there were some law suits against the manufactures of it,not sure but i dont think its for sale in US anymore! Tony

Ebay delivery,orderd today at 12.10pm arrived at 1.15pm, :bow: the guy was in the area delivering,amazing!.anyway,got talking to him,he exports to the USA,i mentioned Slick 50,he had this to say:Never ever put that stuff into a turbo powerd car,for one the stuff eats into the rubber seals ,gets past the 360 degree bearing and result,knackerd: :shock: that explanation was in laymans terms as he lost me at one point!,glad i dont use that stuff :( Tony :)
